« The place was very nice. Huge kitchen. We didn’t use the hot tub, unfortunately, and the unshoveled snow kept us from using the sauna. Beds were comfortable. Loved the tub and showers. Overall, we would stay there again! »

« We had a short stay to go to Churchill Downs for Thursday Twilight Racing. We enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. It was very cozy and felt like home. The location was great and a quiet area. We wished we would have had more time to enjoy the outdoor patio. We would definitely stay at this house again and stay longer to enjoyed the patio. »

« Hot tub and fenced yard were great! Small house but kitchen and bathroom redone nicely. Not the best street but off street parking is great. Bed in main room is a little creaky and hard, but other bed is very comfy! Overall a great stay! »

« Great location! Right across the bridge in Indiana and 1 block from the Ohio River. Even though “downtown”, very safe area. Walked our dogs multiple times throughout the mornings and evenings, and always felt safe. House is very cute & cozy, and host was very prompt with responses. »

« House was beautiful! We were in town for the Kentucky Derby, so everything was higher than normal, but this house was still reasonable compared to others. Location was great! Nice neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and the river. Very peaceful and not at all concerned with safety. The upstairs suite was huge! Tons of room and everything we needed. »

The house was very clean. We had a family of 11 and had plenty of room for fun and games. The only thing we were missing was an outside patio table for fun and games outside. »
