Had a great time at Jekyll Island! The VRBO was perfect for our needs. The fire pit is very nice and we enjoyed a fire in it every evening. We had an issue with the smoke alarm going off the first evening and it was resolved within 30 minutes (even on Christmas Eve!). The beds are comfortable. Everything was very clean. Seeing deer every evening was a special bonus. Love this place !

We came to Jekyll for a family event, while the rest of our group stayed at the Jekyll Island Club, and we’re so glad we chose this home! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very spacious, with a quiet, ideal location and a wonderful fenced-in backyard. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a rental, and the house had everything we needed— well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, plenty of towels, and even board games.The owner was fantastic to work with—extremely responsive and helpful from start to finish. We brought our dog and were able to rent a crate from “Jekyll Island Errand Girl,” who was also wonderful to work with. Everything about this stay was easy, comfortable, and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would love to stay here again!

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay at the Palm! We found it so well-equipped and clean! It was convenient to the beach and restaurants and the back yard was secluded and beautiful! We absolutely loved seeing the deer roam the neighborhood. We want to come back next year!

The Plams 34 is the cutest place. Weather is always unpredictable, so of course it rained several times during our stay. However fun times were still had by all. The Plams 34 gave us enough space and games to be entertained until the sun appeared.

Relaxing Getaway

Our stay was wonderful! The house was very clean, and so cute. Wonderful location, very quiet and relaxing area. Traveled with our five month old, and two labs. The back yard is fenced in, which is a major plus for dogs. The host responds quickly with any questions, very kind. 10/10 recommend

Fun adventure

We came to visit Jekyll Island from a memory I had as a child. This island and this rental did not disappoint. Great neighborhood, quiet and peaceful. Clean unit and comfortable beds. The yard was a hit with the pups. Quick walk to the beach every morning . The island was amazing and you must bike the trails…even the ones that are cross overs in the marshes and woods. We saw the most wildlife there. So fun! We will be back.

One of the best on Jekyll Island

My immediate and extended family have been renting homes on Jekyll Island since 2006 - this home is probably my favorite. Updated, very clean and definitely family friendly. This is also our first trip to Jekyll with a different property manager: I was thrilled. Quick responses to emails, friendly over the phone and absolutely no hassles with checking in or out. A nice touch: the little tablet /computer in the kitchen area that lays-out all the info you need for your stay (Wifi connections, garbage, etc). The game room was a HUGE hit with my grandchildren, as it was for the adult's early coffee mornings (great view of the back yard). We are cooks and love to buy local fish / shrimp and cook at the home. The kitchen does lack a little in cooking utensils, but I will admit that we may be a bit snobbish when it comes to pots/pans/etc. Though, at least one large pot for boiling pasta would be appreciated. We were also large consumers of paper towels, TP, garbage bags and laundry. Though the home provided a small amount, we knew we would need extra and brought that extra amount. The washer and dryer seem new and quite lovely for those of us that pack light. I did rent beach chairs and a shade/tent thingy which I didn't need to do. The home does have a couple of beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a wonderful wagon to pull it all with. The home also provided a few bikes (I think 4) but we rented bikes due to needing the pull a behind-trailer for the grandchildren.
