Nice&calm appartement

The appartement has really all you need and is big and comfortable. The area is calm and safe and very close to the Path and quick to get to NYC (just consider you need to pay another ticket than for the NYC metro). The communcation with the owner, Peter, was smooth and we had a great stay.

This apartment is a superb base for visiting New York without being in the middle of the tourist hustle. Located in Jersey City, it’s perfectly connected by the PATH train (frequent, easy to use, tap your card and go) with direct routes to 33rd Street and the World Trade Center.The area has plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, and coffee spots. A 20-minute walk takes you to the harbour for stunning views of Manhattan. A great local breakfast option is Semicolon.The apartment has two good-sized double bedrooms, a lounge with TV, Wi-Fi, and a desk, plus a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a coffee machine for pods and ground coffee. The bathroom is spacious, with bath, shower, washer, dryer, and thoughtful extras like shampoo and cotton pads.Entry via security code is straightforward, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. I would book again with confidence if staying in New York. Compared to hotels, this is an excellent alternative base. Ideal for couples or families with young adults. The only point to note is that there’s no lift, so the stairs may be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.Overall: 5 stars – highly recommended!

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage. 3 min zum Path und von dort 9 min zum WTC.Wir genossen sehr die tolle Ausstattung der Wohnung sowie die Lage. Peter war sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation hat wunderbar geklappt.Wir können es kaum erwarten, nach New York zurückzukehren.

Absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. Easily a 10/10 recommendation. Everything about the place was perfectly thought out…super convenient, comfortable, and packed with amenities and perks that made the stay feel effortless. From the setup to the small details, everything was dialed in exactly the way it should be. 10/10 – Die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir in New York hatten!Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock, in einer ruhigen Gegend von Jersey City. Das Zentrum von Jersey City ist sehr leicht und schnell erreichbar – in nur etwa 4 Minuten zu Fuß. Zur U-Bahn-Station sind es ca. 5–7 Minuten. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants, Friseursalons und Supermärkte – alles, was man braucht, ist direkt um die Ecke.Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll, kreativ und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Während unseres Aufenthalts hat es uns an nichts gefehlt – alles war vorhanden und funktionierte einwandfrei.Unser Gastgeber Peter war nicht nur freundlich, sondern auch äußerst hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Als wir Probleme mit unserem Koffer am Flughafen hatten, hat er uns sofort unterstützt und geholfen, das Problem zu lösen.Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Apartment New Jersey

Het contact met Peter verliep heel prettig en het appartement was erg mooi en schoon. Een hele mooie uitvalsbasis om New York te bezoeken. We hebben genoten. Ook de voorzieningen in New Jersey (winkel, restaurant en markt) waren prima. Fantastisch verblijf gehad en we bevelen deze accommodatie zeker aan.

Wonderful place

Apartment was clean, cozy and organized. They have thought of every little detail to make you feel like home. The space was VERY nice and would 1000% recommend to anyone. Stayed with my 7 & 10 year old so safety and cleanliness means a lot to me, both were delivered! If we are in the area again, I would stay here again!

Amazing until filled with thoughtful touches

The unit was exactly as described, and impeccably clean and cozy! The personal touches throughout the unit were perfect and incredibly thoughtful! The unit is well furnished with great furniture and comfortable beds! We came during a heat wave, and the unit’s AC kept us cool and comfortable. The location is an easy walk to the PATH station and convenient to the city! We were also close to the Ferry for an easy water ride into Manhattan!Peter is an amazing host who communicates well, and we would certainly stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!

This property was a perfectly comfortable space for our family during our stay. It was just as it was described and more! The host was extremely responsive and helpful with all questions about the apartment and the area. It was very conveniently located near the Grove St. train station and many local restaurants and shops! It was the perfect place for our trip to visit NYC!

Wohlfühloase in perfekter Lage – ideal für New-York-Besuche

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Jersey sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern, ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet mit bequemen Betten perfekten Komfort nach intensiven Tagen in New York. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch sehr gut angebunden: Zur Grove Street Station sind es nur ca. 3 Gehminuten, von dort ist man in ca. 20 Minuten am World Trade Center. Alternativ kann man zur Fähre ans Wasser laufen – besonders abends beeindruckend mit Blick auf die leuchtende Skyline.Die Umgebung rund um die Station ist lebendig mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zudem ist vieles in Jersey günstiger als in New York.Peter ist ein sehr angenehmer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Der Check-in per Zahlenschloss war unkompliziert und flexibel. Besonders dankbar waren wir für die Möglichkeit, am Abreisetag unser Gepäck noch unterstellen zu können. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und zugleich angenehm diskret – wir konnten die Zeit voll und ganz für uns genießen.Auch kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie vorhandener Kaffee, Tee und Süßes haben uns gefreut. Abends konnten wir wunderbar im Apartment entspannen und den Tag in Ruhe bei einem kühlen Getränk ausklingen lassen. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt, kommen wir gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Great place, so many restaurants nearby

Stayed with my two teenage kids, for five day NYC adventure. Right around the corner from the PATH station. Everything you need in easy walking distance, groceries, parks, bars. Any family or couple of couples would be super comfortable at this apartment.

Perfect! Cozy and Convenient Stay in Jersey City

Family of 3.We had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom apartment in Jersey City. The space was cozy, warm, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day out. Communication with the landlord was excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We especially appreciated their flexibility with the check-out time, which made our departure stress-free. Overall, this apartment provided a perfect home base, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and well-maintained place to stay in downtown Jersey City.

Has it All!

Loved staying here. There were so many special touches where the owner went above and beyond - very thoughtful! Location was close to everything, really cute, fun neighborhood. Parking was an issue, but we used the mall parking garage and it was only a few minutes' walk. So much to see and do, so many options. Owner was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay

We had the most wonderful stay at Peter's apartment in Jersey City. It was spacious and comfortable, incredibly clean, and had everything you might need during your trip. The beds and sofa were very comfortable for relaxing and the needed rest, the shower is very good, and the kitchen/dining area great for meals when staying in. The area was good too, with plenty of restaurants and easy access to the PATH train to get to Manhattan. It is also walking distance from Liberty State Park which has great views of the skyline. Communication with Peter was very good and easy as well. I am keeping this apartment in mind for when we want to come back, and would recommend it to everyone.
