Exterior security camera monitors the building entrance and entry door. There are no cameras inside the home.

Monthly indoor garage parking available for fee.

Paid street parking is available: free from 9pm to 9am.


Guest Eligibility, Identification, and Prohibited Items:

1. Age and Eligibility. The booking guest must be at least 21 years of age and must be a registered occupant of the property for the entire stay. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Bookings made on behalf of a third party are not permitted.

2. Guest Registry. No later than 24 hours before check-in, the booking guest must provide the full legal name of every adult (18 or older) who will stay at or visit the property, and the total number of minors. The information must be accurate and complete, and the booking guest must notify Host of any change before it takes effect. Only persons on the registry may stay overnight.

3. Identification. Guests agree to complete any identity verification required by the booking platform. Government-issued photo ID may be requested from the booking guest and from any other adult guest, at or before check-in or at any time during the stay, and must match the name provided to Host. Host may cancel the reservation without refund if identity cannot be verified, if any adult guest declines to provide requested ID, or if information provided is false or misleading.

4. Occupancy and Visitors. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed in the reservation. Unregistered overnight guests, visitors, parties, and events are not permitted.

5. Weapons and Hazardous Items Prohibited. Firearms, ammunition, explosives (including fireworks and firecrackers), and other weapons (including tasers and knives other than ordinary kitchenware) are strictly prohibited on the premises and any associated common areas, parking, or grounds, regardless of any permit or license the guest may hold. Guests represent that they will not bring any such item onto the property.

6. Illegal Activity. Any unlawful activity on the premises is prohibited, including the use, possession, or sale of illegal substances.

7. Remedies. Violation of this section is a material breach. Host may immediately terminate the stay, require all occupants to vacate, and retain all fees paid, without refund. Host may notify law enforcement and the booking platform, and the booking guest is responsible for any resulting damages, fines, or costs.

8. Safety and Entry. Host may enter the property in an emergency or where there is reasonable belief that a violation of this section is occurring, consistent with applicable law.

9. Data Use. Names and ID information collected under this section will be used only to verify identity, enforce these rules, and comply with legal requirements, and will not be shared except with the booking platform or law enforcement as needed.
