You will have the entire apartment to yourself and we offer self check-in any time after 4 pm. Early check-in may be available if no one is staying the night before for an additional $50. We will let you know the evening before your arrival if early check-in is available. This unit is on the 1st floor.

-There is nearby parking for $25/Day. Contact for info.
-Pets are welcome. However, there is a one time fee of $150 per stay for cleaning. This will be charged thru the resolution center prior to your arrival. Failure to comply will result in access not permitted to the property.

You`ll have access to the entire apartment with entry to the building and the condo controlled by keypad locks.

In the event of snow fall, all TwinCity locations are equipped with a snow shovel and white bucket with salt for the ground. It is the responsibility of each guest to utilize these and mitigate the snow on paths and driveways during their stay. On our larger properties and apartment buildings, this may not be applicable as commercial snow removal processes are in place. Thank you!
