Our stay at this rental was extremely disappointing and concerning from a health and safety standpoint. Unfortunately, the property was not maintained at even a basic standard of cleanliness.All bathrooms had visible mold, which is a serious health hazard. The kitchen appliances were also in unacceptable condition. The refrigerator and ice dispenser had rust and mold, and the freezer compartment was jammed and not usable. When we opened the refrigerator drawers, we even found hair inside, which strongly suggests the appliance had not been properly cleaned between guests.These issues made it very uncomfortable to store food or use the facilities during our stay. When you rent a home for your family, you expect at minimum that it will be clean, sanitary, and safe. Unfortunately, this property did not meet those basic expectations.We strongly encourage the host to address the mold, appliance sanitation, and overall cleaning standards immediately so future guests do not face the same health risks our family experienced. Pictures are very deceiving.
