« The room didn’t feel clean. The pullout bed was terribly dirty with crumbs and bugs. The shampoo in the shower was empty. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom door didn’t lock. « Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated. »

« We booked a king suite and were told when we arrived that they overbooked and would 2 queens be ok. Well, not really, but what choice did we have? We stayed 4 nights and were given one set of towels each. Then we were told that if we wanted any clean towels we would have to wash them ourselves or ask for more, but our room was never serviced while we were there. « Same issues as other reviews. Lights shining on the building are too bright to conceal with poor curtains. Great for highlighting the building for advertising but in the long haul, people who have stayed there won’t return. The rooms are showing their age. Great staff otherwise, »

« Our family stayed for two nights and appreciated the clean room and comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was very good with hot and cold options that pleased each member of our group. The staff were friendly and courteous. Overall a great experience! »
