« Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated. »

« We booked a king suite and were told when we arrived that they overbooked and would 2 queens be ok. Well, not really, but what choice did we have? We stayed 4 nights and were given one set of towels each. Then we were told that if we wanted any clean towels we would have to wash them ourselves or ask for more, but our room was never serviced while we were there. « The property was not good. Room was not clean, floor had food in it. Towels were wet. Outside stairs that was told to use were about ready to collapse, were closed the next day. »

« The room was dirty. I had a dead spider in my bed. The floor was sticky with boot prints. ( we were not wearing boots). The air was on 67 and could not be shut off or moved in temp. The light was attached to the tv. So when you turned the light off the tv went off. When I arrived I had to call as no one was at front desk. I survived my 6 hours. Would not go back »

« Very dated property. The appearance on the outside is inviting but once inside you realize the age of the property and lack of room and common area maintenance. This is not a result of staff negligence, but rather it appears to be ownerships lack of desire to spend money on repairs and maintenance. The in-room internet was not good at all. « We were in town for the college World Series and this was one of the cheapest places to stay ($180/night vs. $900/night). It’s a place where construction crews and other laborers stay for extended work jobs. It’s not for families with kids. There are people here who a permanent residents. « Our stay was comfortable, but I wanted to mention a cleanliness issue. Before checking out, I noticed a large yellow circular stain on the blanket near the foot of the bed. I understand mistakes can happen, but bedding should always be thoroughly inspected and clean before guests arrive. »
