Even we booked non smoking rooms they put us on smoking rooms. We were treated like second hand citizens. More attention was given to non Indian citizens it’s a shame .

Decent property with scope for improvement
The property is located on the outskirts of Jodhpur city, approximately 8km off from the city center. Although it's a decent property living up to Marriott brand name but I personally feel the room could be much better in terms of lighting and furnishing.

Would highly recommend this place to
Stay at Jodhpur. I will stay again for sure. Hospitality is amazing and special call out to staff at front desk (Tribhuwan and Rajvanth). They made our stay very comfortable and helped get the cab to airport and even packed our breakfast as we were in a rush to get to airport early morning.

TV not functional. Dirty water in tap. Service desk not up to mark. Response time is almost 25-30 minutes.
Toiletries are to be requested.
Even in restaurant, response time is bleak
Though recently reopened, may be because of that . But still, chain like Marriott, cannot reopen like this. You trust the brand, not the circumstances.

A nice hotel, however the property is highly inconvenient. The Fairfield Marriott is located at least 30 minutes outside of town! There are no restaurants or anything of interest near the property itself. As a visitor additional costs travel costs must be factored into the price. In order to see the sights expect to pay between $10.00 - $20.00 one way.

Thank you so much for taking time out and giving your valuable feedback. We are located on developing location of Jodhpur opposite new high court, which will should be operative in near future. We are close to natural beauty and villages in Jodhpur, which are a tourist attraction in itself. Although we try our best to accommodate all transportation requirements at reasonable price to our guests, we apologies for not meeting up to your expectations.

The phones keep dropping calls. Major irritant because my mobile phone died and I didn't have a charger.

The staff at coffee shop st breakfast time was useless. Tables were not cleaned, cutlery had to be asked for several times

Great hotel, service & staff even by UK standards
Staff and service are fantastic. In a country where you don't always get exactly what you expect or ask for, this hotel and team managed by Puneet are extremely accomodating. Although the team is new and undergoing training they're super eager to help and go the extra mile. Breakfast was good with a variety of items from all over the world.
If you stay make sure to ask for Puneet.
