You taking the time to write your review is greatly appreciated.Referring to your review, a gentle note that our hotel is strategically located in the city center and only 5 minutes drive to Danga Bay Belletime shopping Center , 10minutes drive to KSL mall and there is many cafes, restaurant (24 hours mamak)and convenient mart within walking distance from our hotel. Online Food Delivery is also available however you need to pick up your items at the Security Post located at lobby level. Dear Guests, Thank you for choosing us as your accommodation destination.Referring to your review above, Please note that you were booked into a studio suite King but for your kind information, there is 4 units of the Studio Suite King on each floors and the layout/design of the Studio suites are different from each other. 1) Studio Suite 05A Units : Stretched unit with 5a panel windows & bathroom is together at kitchenette area.2) Studio Suite 06A Units- High wall windows with attached bathroom in the room.3) Studio Suite 07a Units - Only units that has a separated small living hall and bedroom. 4) Studio Suite 08A Units - Large Bedroom but Bathroom is together at kitchenette area. The hotel does provide kitchen utensils and other amenities such as Hairdryer, Iron & board but upon requests only. Please contact our reception for items requests.The hotel does not provide satellite or cable tv channels. Only local Malaysian and certain Singapore channels only. Youtube and Netflix app is available but you do need to log in using your own account.Hope this information helps and does not deter you from returning back here soon!
