bon hôrel pour une étape
Chambres propres, petit dèj inclu. Un peu de bruit toutefois mais il faut dire que beaucoup de personnes victimes de la tornade étaient relogées ici donc on ne va pas faire les difficiles; Situé en bord d'autoroute donc facile d'accès mais avec l'inconvénient du trafic... Hôtel recommandable.

The staff was courtesy and friendly when my original room was not cleaned especially the carpet. I was moved to a cleaner room right away. The bed is too soft for me.

This is in the middle of a truck stop. The room was on the ground floor with the back window facing the truck parking yard. The room was musty and smelt like a wet dog. The bathroom was ridiculously dated, stained carpet and small bathroom (shower and toilet in one small area) with the face basin being on the outside next to the bed with carpeting under it (I think this contributed to the musty smell). I booked for two nights and ended up changing to one night. Alex at the front desk was verrrry helpful as he gave us a discount based on the issues with the room and tried to change it (however they were fully booked so that was not possible). We had arrived late in the night so changing the hotel was not an option for us so we stayed the night and hoped that the state of the room would not make us sick based on our allergies. The breakfast was decent with a waffle maker, eggs and sausages etc.

Not bad, very close to peterbuild dealer. Friendly staff and clean room. Need more options to pay for room. Google pay should be part of their option.

My two young grandsons were running to the elevator just being 7 & 8 yr olds, and the GM yelled at them!! Extremely rude and hateful! This was our second time back bc we really had enjoyed our last stay. But we wi not ever come back here!

Definitely won't be staying here again
The room smelled like somebody had just finished smoking a pack of cigarettes. The television would not get any service. The walls were so paper thin the people in the room next to me woke me up in the morning just by talking. Then to make the experience all that much more frustrating, I went down at around 9:30 a.m. to take a quick soak in the hot tub before hitting the road, and there was a sign taped to the door saying be pool and hot tub would not be open until 10:00 a.m. For the nightly rate I paid, I was rather disappointed with the overall experience
