Despite its secluded setting, the property is conveniently located within 10 minutes' drive from both Joseph and Enterprise. These nearby towns offer charming local shops, dining, and cultural experiences, along with access to stunning natural landscapes. UNIT DETAILS & POLICIES

🚜 WORKING FARM
This is an active working farm. Daily farm activities, including feeding the animals, will take place during your stay. We do our best to keep any disruptions to a minimum.

🌊 POND & RIVER SAFETY
The property has a pond and sits near a river. Please use caution around these areas, and supervise children at all times. Guests are responsible for their own safety, and Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals and the property owners assume no liability for accidents or injuries related to the pond or river.

🐾 PET-FRIENDLY HOME
Guests with and without pets stay here, so we can't guarantee a completely dander-free space. Please keep this in mind if you have dog or cat allergies.

🐶 BRINGING A PET?
• Maximum of 2 pets. Please let us know at booking or as soon as plans change.
• $30 per night per pet (non-refundable), including emotional support animals.
• Outside the yard, please keep pets leashed if there's any chance they'll chase or bother our farm animals.
• Pets must be kept off furniture and beds, and may only be left alone in the house if crated.
• Please clean up after your pet. Supplies for indoor accidents are under the kitchen sink.
• Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals is not liable for pet-related injuries or damage.

👥 GUESTS
Our nightly rate covers up to 2 guests, and the home sleeps up to 4. Additional guests are $50 per night. Please register all guests in advance. Unregistered guests may result in cancellation.

🛌 BEDS
Medium-firm memory foam mattresses. Most guests love them, and a few find them on the firm side.

🧺 LAUNDRY
There is no washer or dryer on site. There are laundromats in both Joseph and Enterprise, and we also offer a wash-and-fold service (details in our guidebook).

📺 TV & STREAMING
The Smart TV is ready for you to log in to your own apps (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+, etc.). There is no cable or local channels. For live TV, you'll need a service like Sling, Fubo, or YouTube TV.

🔑 CHECK-IN: After 3:00 PM
• Free early check-in: Call after 12:30 PM on your arrival day. If the home is ready before 3:00, we're happy to let you in early.
• Guaranteed early check-in: $20/hour, as early as 1:00 PM (arrange in advance).

⏰ CHECK-OUT: By 11:00 AM
Late check-out is available at $20/hour when the schedule allows.

🚭 NO SMOKING anywhere in the house.
🎉 GATHERINGS: Visitors beyond registered guests require prior approval.
📹 SECURITY: A motion-activated video doorbell monitors the entrance, and an exterior camera faces the driveway. These are the only monitored areas.
