Offered to move my room but then i asked for a refund he said i would have to talk to expedite but didnt say he was unwilling too. Left instead of switching & tried to get a refund for the days i didn’t stay. Expedia said its up to the hotel & called he said i won't give him a refund & i told him that & offered to accommodate the room due to the leak & supposedly i chose to leave. „Wir hatten die "Breakfast for Two" Rate gebucht und dachten, dass Frphstück damit inklusive war. War es leider nicht, wie wir vor Ort feststellen mussten. Dann hätten wir doch eine günstigere Rate buchen können. Ein bißchen Abzocke. Wir waren dann bei Dunkin Donuts frühstücken, die eine Filiale auf der anderen Straßenseite hatten. Zuerst wurden wir in einem Zimmer untergebracht, das über dem Hotelboiler/ Heizung lag. Dort hat es laut gebrummt und der Boden (und somit auch das Bett) hat ...

„Horrible place, stinks from food cooking of long-term occupants. Very noisy place, cleanliness ok. Bathroom was acceptable. Did not feel safe to walk to the city center. “

„Nice outside seating. Shopping mall across the street. Brewery with nice outside seating in walking distance. There was a little glitch with our booking and the room was not ready upon arrival at 5pm. But the very friendly staff at the reception did their best to handle the situation. The hotel design and rooms are very stylish. Really liked the loft-like style in the former fruit of the loom building!“

„the room i stayed in (27) smelled VERY strongly of pee. the service was okay but the attendant was a bit rude at check in if you care. the temp in the room was set at 80 and couldn’t be changed, and i had to run an air conditioning unit at full blast to feel normal in the room, which felt pretty unsafe as it’s all on ground floor and someone definitely could have gotten in by taking out the unit from the outside. the furniture was well worn and i found hair and debris in the bedding. for what it ...
