The room itself was great, check in process was easy. I was surprised that they charge for some of the equipment in the room, seems like something that is challenging to justify/track; though we don’t have kids nor did we use the beach stuff. Just a surprise. Upon arrival the WiFi was not working, I reached out but they didn’t send anyone until Wednesday, two days after I needed it for work. The resort main WiFi did work enough to make my work calls. Then when they came in they provided a “correct wifi” which was different than the initial website info, AND the printed doc provided. That worked for about an hour then the TV and everything quit. Not that we wanted chill and watch TV the whole time but with the sunset fairly early it was often our evening option. Then when I went to review check out info there was yet another wifi id and password; which also didn’t work. The welcome video is 7 years old and the process has been updated since then. I actually prefer the keypad access vs. the bracelets for sure! The couch could use a major upgrade, and the patio furniture is a little worse for wear but worked well enough. The resort as always is fantastic, other than some windy conditions overall we had a terrific time.
