Property management was fantastic. View is gorgeous and convenient location. The unit itself is pretty snug and furniture is a little outdated, but we knew that going in and chose this view over a newer, larger unit in a nearby building in favor of the view. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

It’s all about the view!

We come for the whales. The Mahana one bedroom suites are the best if you are whale watchers. We bring 2 binoculars, 2 tripods, and spend hours each day watching dozens of breaches, tail slapping, pectoral slapping… and of course the babies. This suite is just above the tree line so very little blocks your view . The suite is well supplied, comfortable, and well laid out. It even had a Keurig! That’s the first time in a dozen visits to the Mahana.

Wonderful holiday getaway

We had a wonderful time over the New Year holiday at this condo. The condo itself is just as the pictures show, if not better. We have spent many vacations at the Mahana but this was the first at this condo and also the first time dealing with Maui Paradise Properties. It won’t be the last timeThis was a relatively last minute trip so we felt fortunate the condo was even available but we are so very happy it was. Watching the wales off the balcony while eating breakfast, walking down to the beach to do nothing but enjoy the view and a couple of snorkel tips thrown in, the condo was a great home base for all of this. Check in was seamless, the condo was sparkling clean and included everything you could possibly need. The second bathroom was convenient and I don’t even have to mention the wonderful views (but I will anyway).Thanks for a great holiday, we will be back.

Magnificant Views

The ultimate experience in rest and relaxation, this vacation rental offers all. Perfectly situated beachfront, the condo is surrounded by all that is needed: tropical paradise, access to the best beaches, convenient stores, and restaurants. It is impeccably decorated and clean. Great place to stay

The condo is great, very clean and you can’t beat the views!! It has the most picturesque Hawaiian sunset views. We also saw sea turtles swimming very close to shore every single day from the room. It is fully equipped with the necessities, especially for the kitchen. There are 4 nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella to bring with you on any beach experience. There were multiple hair dyers so no need to pack those. The location is great, it is just a quick drive into Lahaina and Kapalua. The beach front is rocky so it is not the best area for swimming, however you can all a short way down the beach to a more sandy location. I was nervous about high tides and not having beach access but that was never an issue and you can access the beach anytime. The swimming pool was clean and the water felt great! Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this condo.

Mahana Condo

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at the Mahana. We have stayed at this property several times and the location and accommodations are always wonderful. The pictures on the Lanai are not accurate, as they have added a large table and moving chairs to get shade was a challenge, wish they had not changed the table. The noise from construction was horrible at times and the construction people told us they had been working on the Mahana for over a year and it should be complete by next year. The view is amazing and the whales were front and centers the whole time we were there. Overall the property is a 4-5 star property We plan to return in a few years and would definately book this unit again. The property management team we used this time was wonderul !!!

Our stay was ruined by reconstruction noise

The unit was fine and the ocean view was truly spectacular. We have stayed in this property before but never have we use Maui Paradise vacations and we will never book with them again. While their website for the Mahana tells us that the complex is undergoing construction it also states that renovations were completed in the north tower where we stayed. The truth is that all of the units adjacent to us and above and below us were undergoing construction that started at 7:30 every morning. We were jarred awake from our sleep by the sound of Jack hammering and drilling. At times the wall behind our bed literally vibrated. We had to escape our beautiful unit to seek peace and quiet elsewhere. This was not a disruption that was adequately conveyed to us before our trip. Nor were we given any options to move, cancel; nor were we offered a rebate. I contacted customer service and while they were polite, but there was no remedy. This is the first time I’ve ever stayed for two weeks and the vacation was costly. It was disappointing to have it ruined by noise that was intense and at times excruciating.

Demolition

The condo itself was great. Unfortunately, there was tile demolition in the condos on each side of us and below us. It started as early as 7:30am and was so loud we could not have a conversation. We had to leave the condo to make a phone call. The demolition made our stay very unpleasant although I assume this was not the fault of the condo owner.

Wonderful Rental

Our family of four (adult children- 19,23) stayed here for our Maui family vacation. The property was exactly as listed. It was located in a perfect place (only about 5-7 minutes from downtown Lahaina). The lanais had amazing views! We were so busy in Maui we did not spend a lot of time at the rental beyond sleeping there at night. This was the perfect rental for that. The beach that this rental sits on is not conducive to lounging. It is not very wide and somewhat rocky. For us, that was not an issue. We spent our beach days on other beaches. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. We got the best sleep there! Our kids slept on the pull out couch bed and had no complaints. We did not cook there, but the rental has everything you might need to cook. Everything is nicely labeled and easy to find. Overall our experience was perfect and we have no complaints. We would definitely book this property again someday!
