Several items needing repair were brought to the attention of the host. While they were apologetic they weren't effective in getting anything fixed. The biggest item was the AC. There was a valve that made a loud bang as the cycle ended. I had the building staff inspect but the fix was out of their purview. Host staff came to fix the screen door and he listened to the loud bang and said that was ridiculous. It was so bad we couldn't have the AC on at night in order to sleep. Tried keeping sliding doors open to keep cool but screen was off the track and wouldn't close. Overall the condo furnishings (LR couch and chair) were not comfortable. Lights over sink didn't work Sink in the bathroom is oversized for the space. My wife had to stand on a stool to use. I found it difficult to use. Location was good but for the money I expected a unit to operate properly mechanically and be furnished with items that were not broken down or "works of art" rather than comfortable.
