« Rien de spécial à reprocher aux prestations de l’hôtel mais compte tenu du tarif, je m’attendais à un peu plus de confort. Le prix du parking est exagéré : plus de 47 $ par jour (25 $ + 22 $ de taxes) sans le valet et sans possibilité de se garer ailleurs qu’à l’hôtel... Sinon personnel de service agréable et disponible »

« Je voulais être dans un bel hôtel à Maui pour y fêter mon anniversaire et j'ai adoré cet hôtel. De savoir qu'il avait accueilli beaucoup de personnes sans domiciles pendant l'incendie de 2023 a justifié mon choix pour mon séjour dans cet hôtel. »

« La famille a adoré les piscines et la plage. L’endroit est idéal pour la plongée en apnée, nous avons vu plusieurs poissons et des tortues juste en face de l’hôtel. Le condo était très grand avec une très belle terrasse. La cuisine était fonctionnelle (mais aucun ingrédient de base n’était fourni). Les chambres étaient de grande qualité et le personnel réceptif et accueillant. »

« We have had a good experience in this hotel even if we didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. The staff was really helpfull and kind especially the Hawaiian woman in the small valet office. The pool was fantastic and just in front of the beach. We were able to rent free recent movies in order to watch them on our room. There is a daily program in the hotel such as Yukulele classes, surf or others but unfortunately we didn't have the time to enjoy the hotel's activities as we had a busy...

« Emplacement parfait, accès facile à une plage magnifique. Personnel des plus courtois, professionnels et attentionnés. Chambre d'un confort exemplaire, tranquille. Jardins, piscines et végétation magnifique. Les restaurants n'étaient pas les meilleurs qu'on a essayés sur l'ile (à l'exception du restaurant Italien, qui sert de repas excquis), mais les restaurants sont faciles d'accès et répondent aux besoins, sans avoir à se déplacer. »

« Everything! Everyone was so friendly and professional ! Shantell was super helpful and knowledgeable in helping us book our excursions. Our Housekeeper was amazing and left our room immaculate ! The Bellmen super nice and helpful and friendly. Overall , I give the Hotel a 10 ! »

« Easy communication, clean , nice space. Appreciated that I could check in a bit earlier and do the pre checkin . I didnt like the busy-ness of the street and recommend staying on the beachside part of hotel for a longer stay but this worked out well for the one night i needed. »
