Ist eher ein einfaches Motel. Begrenzte Anzahl an Parkplätzen, welche auch noch 15$\Nacht kosten. Sehr kleine Zimmer, welche Sauber waren. Leider stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis auf ganz Maui nicht.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt und ungepflegt. Die Umgebung ist laut, liegt direkt am Highway. Der Strand ist genau vor dem Hafen, dementsprechend die Wasserqualität und das Ambiente.

Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel in guter Lage. Hier findet man das nötigste. Ein kleiner Tipp: Umbedingt ein Garden View Zimmer nehmen, da diese Zimmer renoviert sind. Vom Hotel aus ist man sehr zentral innerhalb von 1-2 Stunden bei allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel.

Decent Hotel if you get a good deal
+ very close to the airport + basically in the middle of the island so you can get to both sides easily + nice lobby + pool area with firepits at night o doesn’t have a great beach but other beaches are close o pretty expensive for a 3* Hotel but then again it’s Maui and everything is way overpriced - rooms were old - had a cockroach in the bathroom - pool closes at dusk - parking area fills up quickly and you have to pay for it

I was visiting Maui and last minute my daughter had a medical emergency delaying our flight home at the airport. We had already returned our rental car and checked our baggage, so missing the flight was very stressful. I booked a room at The Maui Seaside in while my daughter recovered and they had everything we needed. They are located in an area with shopping and food options that are walkable. They had a free shuttle to the airport that I ended up using twice. It was literally 10 minutes from the airport but still had a nice pool and ocean views!

Great place to stay near the Kahului airport. Very clean and comfortable, friendly staff, nice pool. Area around is commercial - mall, car dealerships, etc. Short drive to Paia and Hana highway. Would definitely stay again if not looking for beach time.

It’s a good place for short stay. The grounds are very well kept and a beautiful sight of ocean. Parking is awful and scary if you arrive to the site at nite which we did. Staff is very helpful and so friendly. The room was comfortable…BUT…definitely the hallway has a really bad carpet smell as you walk it. Carpet stinks so badly, cleaning it will not do. It needs to be replaced. Sorry, it was a long hallway. Overall: yes, I would consider staying there for one nite.

If you are in Maui for a short period of time, it is conveniently close to airport and down town. It is not a condo so it can get expensive dining out. The rooms are clean but very old...needs updating, but the staff are wonderful!

Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and checked us in quickly. The hotel is sitting along the bay with easy access to the sandy beach. They had a light up pool that the kids loved. Now to the not so well, it’s not the hotel’s fault. But with the new construction going on next to the hotel they were doing work at like 1am and it was pretty annoying. I would say that’s the only down fall of the stay.

The amazing views of the ocean and mountains from the hotel took your breath away. Having a restaurant onsite was really convenient. The amenity fee and parking are published on our website. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about the tax. As far as the rooms, all will be completely renovated come spring of 2024. Incredibly over priced for the standard of property. The property is old, tired, out dated. There are clearly long term tenants living there. There was noise late at night and early in the morning (from the construction site right next door). The one restaurant was very basic, filled with tradesmen and not inviting to international travellers. Sadly this one (unplanned) stopover for a night in Maui has completely put us off returning. The photos and reviews are not accurate.

Aloha;I apologize you did not enjoy your visit. Maui is an expensive destination and the rate you paid was one of the lowest hotel rates on the island during your stay. Quite a bit of effort goes into determining our rates. Like the airlines, hotel rates are based on demand, both actual and anticipated. Maui is an expensive destination and guests staying during the high season can expect to pay higher rates. A simple request and we have moved your room away from the construction. Yes, there are fire victims present here and many other hotels. My apologies if their plight was disturbing to you.
