Wonderful Family vacation spot

We had a family of 5 plus grandparents. The condo was beautiful and fit us perfectly. The resort grounds were exactly as advertised. A great, quiet community that had a spectacular view. We adventured all over the island and loved coming back to the condo to relax and enjoy the pool. Thanks for sharing your place.

Loved our stay all the way around. Room was clean with a fantastic view and lanai. Well stocked with anything and everything you need. The BBQ and pool areas were great. Easy communication and check in/out.

Spacious condo in great location

Property was great with pool, tennis/pickleball courts, volleyball, snorkeling and surfing nearby as well as a small shopping center with food. We had a great time!

Beautiful stay

Everything was exactly as described and offered. No air conditioner was a little much for weather but spent most of the day out. It cools down with the breeze in the late evening. Would definitely stay again! Family enjoyed playing tennis. Beaches are near by. Having washer and dryer was amazing for this family of 6. Property management very responsive and communication was excellent!

Meet our expectations

We absolutely loved this condo! Had plenty of room for the 6 of us! It had everything we needed to have a enjoyable vacation, lots of snorkel gear, chairs, umbrella and coolers. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We have been to Kona many times and this home was by far the best we have stayed at. Rental company was easy to contact and responds quickly to your questions. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We will be back!

Property very clean and well supplied kitchen. Very beautiful condo with ocean breezes cooling the condo. The only problem was a resident smoking outside their patio and smoke drifting up to our 3 rd floor condo. Loft smoke detector batteries need to be changed

Great Rental

The property was well stocked and very clean. I appreciate the well stocked kitchen, because being able to cook meals is important to me when traveling with a large group of people. There is nothing worse after a long day of travel, than showing up to a vacation rental that had no soap, toilet paper, or any other basic supplies on hand. This property had everything and we very much appreciate it. I also appreciated the extra pillows, linens, towels, and beach towels. The online description was very accurate and described the property well. I would highly recommend this vacation rental!

Great place to watch the ocean and sunsets.

The accommodation is great for 6-8. The kitchen is well stocked. The lanai is where we loved to hang to relax, eat, and watch sunset.

Beautiful location. The condo is well-stocked and clean. It was very hot, so we had windows open 24/7. Yes, there are screens on everything, but the bugs were still getting in. Other than the bugs, we loved our stay.

5 Star Property with a 6 Star view!

Beautiful resort and property but the view is even better! First trip to big Island and would come back and stay here again! I picked this for the view and it was even better than the pictures. We ate every meal on the lanai with a view of the ocean and even spotted whales a few times!

The condo was beautiful and I am not just talking about the view.

The view from the lanai was irresistible the entire time we stayed. The layout of the condo also worked well for 5 adults and the overall aesthetic was amazing (art, furniture, decor). The condo also was equipped with beach gear, racquets, and more. It was well supplied for our almost two week stay. The grounds of the condominiums were a nice perk as well. Great pool, immaculate tennis courts, groomed landscaping. I would stay here again in a heart beat. The location was a bit further than from downtown than I have stayed before but it was close to Magic Sands beach, a shopping center, farmers market, and easy access to south of Kona. There is no AC in the unit but we never felt we needed it given the breeze from the ocean and all the fans in the place. That shouldn’t hold anyone back from booking this awesome place!

Cleanly and well-stocked property with amazing view!

I stayed at the property for a small family gathering and was blown away by how this property truly exceeded our expectations and was even more beautiful than pictured. From the top floor (third floor) of this private condo building, the property offers scenic ocean-front view, a well-stocked pantry, stacked washer and dryer, and enough space for a family to spread out between the three bedrooms - one of which was a king bed in the loft area! The unit is bright and spacious with a number of strong ceiling fans and end-to-end windows, which helps to circulate air as there is no air conditioning. This wasn’t a problem for us as we’re used to the heat but other guests may wish to use the standing fans that are provided for some extra cooling. I definitely hope to be back again soon!

Perfect location, priceless views

This is a beautiful and quiet property, close enough to Kona but away from the traffic and noise. Lanai had plenty of seating for unbeatable sunset viewing. Owners thoughtfully provided beach chairs, towels and a well- stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.

Middle man?

This property was listed as VRBO. Somehow in renting it, I ended up on a third party property management. I ended up paying an additional service charge of Over $300 to VRBO. When I called VRBO I was referred back to the host/ Knutson property manager who claimed it was not them -it was VRBO percentage to use the site. It was a rip off paying 2 service charges. I will be very careful NOT to use VRBO if possible. It feels like I got scammed! The rental however was Beautiful!! Perfect!
