  • Un superbe appartement d'angle au rez-de-chaussée, extrêmement prisé, au Surf et Racquet Club ! Pas d'escaliers !
    Il comprend 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et a été entièrement rénové.
    L'appartement n° 8-101 est un logement exceptionnel. Dès que vous entrerez, vous remarquerez les superbes aménagements de ce magnifique appartement d'angle. La cuisine a été entièrement rénovée. Vous remarquerez de superbes plans de travail en granit, des placards à fermeture amortie et des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable.

    Le salon est magnifiquement aménagé. Un sol en lames de vinyle haut de gamme a été posé dans toute la pièce. Un système de climatisation split a été installé dans le salon pour vous offrir un confort optimal face à la chaleur hawaïenne ! Un climatiseur portable est installé dans la chambre avec vue sur le jardin, équipée de deux lits queen size !

    La véranda qui fait le tour de l’appartement est sensationnelle. Elle offre largement assez d’espace pour des chaises longues, un coin repas en plein air avec vue sur le jardin tropical luxuriant, ainsi qu’un confortable coin détente.

    Vous remarquerez une magnifique chambre parentale ouverte dotée d’un lit king size, tandis que la chambre d’amis à l’arrière dispose de deux lits queen size !

    Cette résidence sécurisée offre de nombreux équipements, notamment une grande piscine récemment rénovée, trois courts de tennis éclairés, un terrain de volley-ball et plusieurs barbecues répartis dans le complexe. Au nord de l’hébergement se trouve une plage accessible à pied ; vous êtes également à quelques minutes à pied du Kahalu'u Snorkeling Beach Park, plus connu sous le nom de « Turtle Beach », qui offre des sites de plongée avec tuba de classe mondiale ainsi qu'un brise-lames garantissant une mer calme. A very beautiful and quiet area. The unit was super clean and just as pictured. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash and conditioner in both bathrooms. Washer and dryer worked great. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything and nice extras; dish soap, garbage bags, ziplock bags etc. The beds were very comfy. Extra towels for the beach or pool. The pool was very clean. Than you for making our first time in Kona a very special one!

Lovely ground floor condo

Quiet, ground floor location, beautiful garden setting for morning coffee. Well equipped kitchen for those that enjoy cooking. Nice pool and barbecue area. Easy access to waterfront…will return!

We had some issues with the water heater while we were there, but the host was very attentive and communicative. They actually ended up installing a whole new water heater a couple days in, and we had no further problems! I appreciated them responding to messages, sending electricians and handymen, and working after hours helping us solve the problems at the unit. The apartment is lovely, the grounds are gorgeous, and the place is well stocked with beach and pool equipment! We’d stay here again!

Fantastic Stay!

Plenty of space for my family of 4 - two kids, two adults. Stayed three nights. Mini split air conditioning and double beds in the second bedroom were a definite plus. Condo cleanliness was immaculate. Really enjoyed the views and amenities of the property. Grills were easy to use, checkin and checkout process were easy as well. Would stay here again!

The place has everything you need for a lovely stay in Kona - beach items, a fully usable kitchen, grills outside, and recreational items. There’s even a patio area where you can take in all the beauty of the area and relax or even eat. The downside is that we eventually had to say goodbye to the place. The check in process was easy and the owner was so responsive with our inquiries. You won’t be disappointed with your stay here. Thank you so much for providing a home away from home!

The location is perfect for exploring Kona. Our condo had everything we needed from beach chairs to a rice cooker! The place was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 small children. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. It was great having a washer and dryer. Overall a great place to stay.

Perfect get away

We loved this cute little beach style condo. The location was perfect for our stay on the Kona side. KTA store and little shopping center just up the hill for a quick grab of whatever you need . The condo had everything to accommodate cooking and super cozy beds . We loved the back patio and the location of the condo was perfect for a quick walk to watch the sunset . Bill and Shirley told us about the little beach located a little further down on the property were we could do some whale watching and catch a beautiful sunset . They were very sweet and helpful. I hope to be able to rent from them again next year. This rental will not disappoint.

Awesome place to stay!

Looking for a last-minute property for our family to stay at for the long weekend. Glad we found this gem. Close to fields and gym we had our basketball and football games at. Kids loved the pool and near shoreline access. We live on the island and been to many condos, this is one of our favorites. Property had everything we needed. Comes fully furnished and even provides games and supplies if you plan to go to the beach or want to play volleyball or ping pong. Awesome location. Look forward to staying here again in the future! mahalo, mahalo, mahalo!!!

Reviewer Comments: We loved this property for a variety of reasons... layout and decor of the condo was comfortable and felt very Hawaiian, beds were really comfortable!, lanai areas were spacious and relaxing, walk to (rocky) beach to catch a sunset was a 2 minute walk, lots of restaurants nearby (our favorite was Magic Sands) and proximity to the Ironman festivities and downtown Kona was perfect. Everything we needed was in condo and property management team clearly communicated everything and was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Trip of a lifetime

We arrived at midnight and we were worried about getting into the condo however it was super easy! When we walked in we were in awe of the place the big windows and great size bedrooms. A couple items I want to make mention of are. This condo is very walkable to the mall where there is a grocery store, shave ice, restaurants and more!! It also has some great beach chairs, umbrellas and tennis racquets and balls. The grounds are perfect!! Every night we walked down to the beach (literally 2 min) and had the most amazing sunset views. The pool was awesome and the tennis courts and ping pong table is a great addition!

It didn't cause us any problems but the company didn't seem to have much familiarity with the condos beach gear. We would have packed a little less knowing that snorkel gear, boogie board, umbrella, etc. was available. A great place to stay though.
