Un rapport qualité prix parfait . Les chambres studios sont vastes et propres , le personnel aux petits soins et l emplacement idéal ... je suis étonné de certains commentaires négatifs , ne les écoutez pas et faites vous votre propre opinion . Je compte d ailleurs y retourner en fin d année prochaine .

un petit hôtel économique et bien situé
Séjour en famille dans cette petite résidence placée à proximité du centre ville de Kona, on accède directement à "la rue commerçante" par un petit portillon à l'arrière de celle ci. La résidence a un bel aspect extérieur, jardins, piscine et spa joliment éclairés le soir ... par contre la chambre est vieillotte et très humide ce qui n'est pas idéal quand on rentre de la plage avec les enfants... rien ne sèche et rien pour étendre sur la petite terrasse. Quand à la cuisinette elle dépanne pour le p'tit dej mais pas plus... prévoir de manger au resto ou des pizzas à emporter.

Agréablement surprise après lecture commentaires
J'étais plutôt inquiète après avoir consulté les critiques, mais finalement la chambre était très propre. Notre chambre, #351 je crois, était du côté de la rue et aucun dérangement par le bruit. Avec l'air climatisé en bruit de fond, pas de problème. Je n'ai vu aucun insecte et c'était tout à fait propre. La douche n'était pas terrible, mais fonctionelle. L'eau de la piscine est plutôt trouble, mais pas assez pour ne pas se baigner. L'environnement est super, avec une vegetation magnifique et de belles fleurs! J'ai réussi à me stationner sans problème chaque soir même quand j'arrivais en soirée.

Condo unit itself in disrepair and was literally dirty, including lanai surface (bought a tatami mat just to put our feet down on the surface after sweeping). Slider/screen doors both in terrible shape - had to really muscle it to get it closed w/a rusty piece of wire as a "lock"! Shower head flapping in the wall, & had to buy a paring knife just to prepare food. We're 'campers' but this was yet another Islander condo that is obviously over-used/under-maintained. (We've tried three times!)

Definitely sqaure in two star territory. No blankets for pull-out bed. Front desk person was rarely there, and when I finally asked them about it, they said contact the unit owner. Jacuzzi was very foamy. Parking on the grounds after 4 PM is impossible (not enough parking). The location is what saves it.

I arrived at the unit to find out that there are 121 units, and only 60 parking spaces. I am disabled, with difficulty walking, there are only 3 handicapped parking spots. Non of the spaces were available, because they are taken by permanent residents. This unit was on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. This is a private condo association with no options for changing rooms. I was stuck with a non-refundable room on the third floor, with a long walk to get to the room and no staff to help me with my luggage, I was blessed to have another guest offer to help me carry my luggage up the stairs. I had to walk down an uneven pathway for more than 100 yards to get to the building, then tackle three flights of stairs. The security was ridiculous. The so called gate entry had a three foot opening for anyone to walk through. The walkthrough gate didn’t have a lock. The room was no better than a two star hotel. Queen bed, tiny refrigerator about two cubic feet, bar sized sink, nothing to cook with, only two plates, two bowls, two filthy coffee mugs, and some cups, shower with hot and cold faucets reversed, you have to take out your own garbage with the dumpster at the front of the property and the unit at the far back, laundry facilities were good, the room did have air conditioning which was nice, a good view of the ocean from the balcony, the sliding door was broken, screen was off track and no lock on sliding door, the pool and hot tub were nice, lots of stray cats on the grounds, sad!

This room was not at all as presented in your pictures. Straight out of the 70's shower grubby bathroom area sink no counter space. Mirror cupboard door track rusted. Would not call it a kitchen would not use fridge etc as creepy.mirrors covered entire wall could not even open patio door. Staff no help told to call number provided. Never again much better places for same cost

Expedia listing is not clear this is a timeshare/privately owned condo. There was no service or staff for support beyond people at check in who expected us to know about timeshare information. No blanket was provided for the pull out bed and since there was no service options we had to make do without. That being said, pool was nice, unit was clean and location for accessing Kona were all positives.

Parking was at a premium. If we used our rental, we feared nothing would be available upon our return and we'd have to park off-property somewhere. Not knowing the area, that made us very nervous since we were using a rental car. Check-in was long and tedious. I was made to read and initial over ten warnings and fines for a number of ridiculous potential infractions. This set a very unpleasant tone to our stay. If I could have gotten a refund, we would have left on the first day. As an adult, I should be asked to read all ten plus statements/warnings/fine related violations and initial once! It wouldn't have been so terrible if the front desk associate hadn't come off so stern / cross. Rather unwelcoming. The sofa bed was the best I've ever used. WIFI access was extremely difficult to set up. We were given the wrong network/user-id at check-in and had to reach out to two outside companies to get it resolved. Unit door security locking system was excellent. Very quiet most of the time. Property was centrally located to most of Kona's night life and dining.

Very weird stay ! The front desk does nothing for you and tells you that on arrival . The room felt like a basement . No ocean view like was told . The area was run down .

First of all, upon my arrival at the vacation the staff/ receptionist were extremely unfriendly. I didn’t feel warm or welcomed and my question were vaguely answered as “contact the owner”. I would of preferred more information as far as the area/ parking remedies or anything really. Secondly the room had ants. And no amenities such as shampoo or conditioner as other typical hotels provide. Nothing was complimentary, not even the coffee filters or coffee. I will not be staying here again.

The hotel check in lady was an interesting figure. Perhaps, it was just a bad day but i feel it was very unprofessional. She lied about having our code to our room stating we need to contsct the owner as they dont have the info… then when i pressed for information she showed me the screen that had the inform. Infectious scrutiny is require for a simple request.

Close to everything and yet quiet (there during Ironman). Issues with shower door were resolved once I found out that staff working there are not responsible for this (had to contact owner of unit). Response was quick once they were informed.

We loved our stay! Hawai’i feels like home to us and Kona Islander did too! The sweet, lush jungle-like greenery, the cozy clean apartment, the pool and hot tub, the kind charming hosts at the front desk, and the peaceful neighbors were more than we could wish. And of course the ocean view and downtown Kona from our sweet balcony was a gem. Thank you guys! Highly recommend and would stay again and again here!

The only thing we liked was we had one of the few rooms that overlooked the beach and water across the street. Even thought access to the beach was across the road and private with no access. At least we had the view and could sit on a low wall at the edge of the road. Parking sucked! There was only enough parking for about a fourth of the units and was told we would have to park on the street around the block if you could find one. It looked as if most of the units were condos that people were living in all year. Some employee was tagging some cars not parked right with other cars next to them angled across the line not tagged. I had to use one of their disabled parking spots my last night and got a ticket because my disability tag was in use in my car at the airport disabled parking lot at home. I was looking for 2 queen beds. The picture I saw online showed two queen beds. (NOT) turned out there was a wall of mirrors that made it look like there was. 2nd bed was a hide-a-bed.

The positives: The unit (252) we had had a side view of the ocean and view looking up the street. The bed was comfortable. The fridge kept things nice and cold and the microwave and coffee maker worked well. Dishes, cups, and glasses were available. The pool is great. The grounds are beautiful. We were lucky with parking and only had to park off-site once. The staff was great!!! The negatives: The unit could be cleaner. The floors could stand to be washed. The dish drainer bottom was Dirty. The cabinet under the sink could be cleaner. A roach motel would be a nice addition. (Knew they could be part of our stay, them having their own "motel" would have been nice.) There was one spoon, one fork, and four butter knives. More silverware would have been nice, and one sharp knife. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Location was great. The unit had lots of ants in it. Kitchenette could have been cleaner. Parking was extremely horrible. Had to park up the way in a near by shopping center (not cool to have guests do that).

It started poorly when we arrived at about 9:45 pm after a horrible rental car experience and your staff made me feel like an inconvenience. Rude and inconsiderate. The floor in the room was dirty and there were ants in the kitchen. For what you pay you expect at least clean floors and no bugs. The location was great for getting around to shopping and restaurants. The parking is pitiful at your resort and definitely needs to be addressed. I don't know if would ever return because of the issues I have shared.

The property is beautiful. Great location. Walking distance to many things. Well maintained. Keep in mind that each studio is privately owned so not all rooms are equal. The rooms are decent for two people but really tight for more than that and with suitcases. Our two rooms did not have full bedding for the pull out bed and the owners did not respond to our calls. There is a small fridge and kitchen sink with very basic necessities. The two rooms needed a lot of updating - it’s an old hotel converted to private studios. No elevators so lugging suitcases up three flights was a bit of a work out. Great views though. Parking was our other issue. We had two large SUVs and the parking spaces were just wide enough to get the vehicle in but difficult to physically get in and out of the vehicle. We also frequently had to park down the road because there were no spaces on the property. It wasn’t far but it was a little frustrating. Overall the property was great! The rooms were ok.

The check in lady was rude and bossy. Seriously needs some Inter personal skills. Other than that the stay was comfortable. Nothing overly luxurious, probably wouldn’t want to stay more than a night or two.

The location and the views are prefect, the gardens and grounds and clean and beautiful. Staff is friendly. This is, and has been for many years, my go to place. Love it. First time in this unit and "kitchen" is about a closet size yet it works.

Small space, but a great location. Overall very pleased. No swimming beach nearby, so you need a car for that. Parking is difficult. Hard to find a spot.

Parking might have to be on the road so that was a bummer. Location is excellent. Our room had the beach front view and that was awesome.
