Unit was fabulous! Updated, clean, beautifully furnished and great amenities. We have stayed at Kona Reef numerous times - this was our first time in this unit and it exceeded our expectations. Kona Beach Properties was great host. Their "welcome packages" for bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies were really helpful.

Truly Fantastic Vacation

My family had a wonderful experience at your condo. It was absolutely perfect for our family. Everyone at the complex was incredibly friendly. One of the highlights of our stay was the tide pools. The were teeming with fish, and we had so much fun watching them. The location couldn't be beat. Restaurants everywhere and the food is fantastic. Thank you!

Amazing view!

This property had an amazing view that you simply can't beat anywhere else. The unit is a bit outdated but it had everything you could need and was in perfect walking distance to downtown. Waking up to the ocean and waves right in front of you every day was breathtaking.

Loved our space. Just a short walk away from everything. That was worth it alone. Moved to resort afterward and kept coming back and having to pay for parking. We will definitely coming back. Ocean pulls you to sleep every night and the sunsets were amazing rom your private Lenai.

Fantastic location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. The views from the condo are incredible, and the proximity to town is perfect. We walked to many dinners/activities in town and what wasn’t within walking distance was only a short ride away. We had one very minor issue while we were there, and the management company was very quick to respond and resolve the issue. The condo is well stocked with everything you need for a great time in Hawaii!

Sound of waves all day and night!

The location of this property to shopping and restaurants was wonderful! An easy walk into town. The location of the condo on the property was perfect. Oceanfront and could see the pool area also. Views for days! Inside was clean and comfortable. Luckily there were lots of fans because the small AC didn’t do its job and we ended up giving up on using the fans only even though it was quite warm while we were there. It was a great condo and we would stay again.
