Wonderful home base for a relaxing family vacation

The home was as advertised— convenient, spacious, and well-appointed. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy some downtime. The neighborhood was peaceful and we enjoyed having access to the sports and raquet club. We played pickleball a few times and joined the morning tennis clinic. Our kids enjoyed working out at the gym. We rented a golf cart (highly recommend) and used it to go to the neighboring hotels for dinner as well as the beach club. We appreciated having all the beach accessories there as well. A great choice for a family-friendly trip. We’d absolutely return in the future.

Idyll Place

We have stayed here multiple times. This condo never disappoints! Our family loves the location and the pool. Beautiful views complete with many birds we all enjoy. Look forward to staying here again next year!

Great property and great stay

Property is as described. Lots of space for the family to spread out. Location was great. Quick access to small community pool and beach club access a 5 minute drive away. Islands community was quiet and nice. Perfect for family get away. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay at Islands F-1

We have stayed at Mauna Lani every year since 2015 — in Fairways, Villages, and KaMilo. We had been wanting to try Islands and were very happy with this unit. It is well furnished, was immaculately clean, and felt very spacious. The Islands location put us within walking distance to the Beach Club, and to the Shops at Mauna Lani (including the FoodLand grocery store). The pool is great, and the view from the unit’s lanais is one of the prettiest in Mauna Lani. Our granddaughters loved running around in the backyard and made friends with other children there and in the pool. We would gladly rent this unit again.

Feels like home

This is our third visit to the islands at Mauna Lani. We love it, close to everything, beautiful grounds, comfortable and well equipped household, quiet and serene. Just what we needed. One downside, the villa is showing its age in some places, rolling interior shutters, worn furniture, old appliances/fixtures. The cleanliness was superb and we appreciate that. We will return.

We used this property for a family of four with young children and had way too much room but it was a fabulous property with incredible amenities. The perfect home base to explore or stay and relax on site with beautiful beaches just down the street!!

Amazing Property

We loved everything about this property. Great location. Beautiful setting with the backyard view of the golf course, complete with goats! The home was well furnished, and I really appreciated all the "extras" from a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels to the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and cruiser bikes in the garage. Mauna Lani is a great location if you are visiting Hawaii. The community pool was really nice as well. The owners and property manager were very receptive and answered all of our questions promptly. When I come back to this beautiful island, I would stay at this property again.

Spacious and lovely property with everything needed

We enjoyed our time at this lovely condo. Very spacious and well laid out. Comfortable furnishings and beds. Well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the goats come across the golf course in the evening, nice open view of the mountains, golf course. Barbecue, garage with beach gear, access to the private Mauna Lani Beach club, private & gated community, we loved it all. Owners and on site maintenance were very responsive to our needs. We will be back.

Everything was perfect! Loved the light, views and spaciousness of the house. We have stayed in several houses over the years in Mauna Lani and this was by far the nicest. The area has much to offer. Great walking, access to nearby groceries, great beach restaurant, two fun golf courses. Would rent here again.

Spacious condo with great views of golf course and mountains

F-1 at the Islands condo complex at Mauna Lani is a gem: spacious, light and bright with three ensuite bedrooms located with beautiful golf course and distant mountain views, just a short walk from the Mauna Lani Tennis Fitness Center and a little longer walk to the Mauna Lani Hotel. The kitchen and house was so well-stocked with anything you might need for cooking and enjoying your time in Hawaii including two bikes, 5 beach chairs, multiple boogie boards, etc. I appreciated the owners responsive communication. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location

The property is excellent. We were only 2 of us but it is nice to have the extra bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are master suites. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is labeled. The location in the Mauna Lani is great close to the Beaches and The Beach Club. The Pool and Hot Tub at the Islands is great. We will definitely stay again in the future. Aloha, Bob

Great rental

We have stayed in the area multiple times before this. Very nicely appointed property convenient to beaches with private beach for the area. . Very quiet location. What made this property unique was how well supplied it was. Beach chairs boogie boards umbrellas and bikes. Kitchen was incredibly stocked with all sorts of appliances spices oils and everything needed for cooking Very responsive manager on location. Recommend it highly

This property is fabulous! Beautifully decorated, quiet neighborhood, attentive owners, lovely landscaping. The pool is an easy walk from the home, and the beach club access provides great snorkeling. The kitchen is very well-appointed and the views of the golf course stunning and peaceful. Excelent Hawaiian Getaway

Our stay in the Big Island was fantastic and in big part to thanks to the place we stay. The condominium is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Close to the Shops, grocery store and beach. We enjoyed lovely walks, swimming and snorkeling just a few minutes away. Would love to comeback!

Relaxing!! Golf, swim, sun, books and good food at Tommy Bahama and the local market!

The Puako house is exactly as described: beautiful. Worked perfect for us. We walked to the beach. Shopped at the local market (didn't even have to cook). Tommy Bahama for dinner. Comfty beds. Good t-v shows. Quiet and tranquil. Goats grazing nearby. The club close by. Hawaiian niceness all around and in abundance.

Wonderful location, quiet and secluded. Close to dining options and shopping. Spacious home with lots of room to spread out. We watched the sunrise every morning from the Lanai.
