« Very slow check in (new employee who should NOT have been unassisted on a weekend)
Room key didnât work and indoor pool was frigid. Small hot tub was good temp. Breakfast had plenty of choices and overall cleanliness was good. Our bed was comfortable but the shower had no hooks or towel racks. We didnât appreciate the 9:00 knock on door from young cleaning staff asking us how long we were going to be there. (Check out =11:00). »
