The condo is gorgeous with high end appliances and comfortable furnishings. Though, during our 6 day stay both my partner and I started to have very bad allergies. We looked around the master bedroom and found what we believe to be mold on the wooden curtains in the bedroom. I would attach photos of the mold but unfortunately this app doesn’t allow that at the time of generating this review. We contacted the rental management company to hopefully get a resolution.
The rental management company came out to the unit and despite having inspected the place for mold, they assured us that it wasn’t mold and that there is nothing they could do. This was frustrating because while we are not exports on identifying mold, neither is the rental management company. It felt obvious that they where not willing to help us.
At this point my girlfriend was having serious breathing problems after just spending a short time in the unit. We were very close to having to go to the urgent care due to breathing issues, but luckily we had an inhaler for bee allergies that we could use.
Even with this health scare the rental management company would not help us. They didn’t even offer to clean the locations that we believe showed apparent mold growth. My girlfriend and I had to end up sleeping on the couch in the living room the last two nights but still felt very unwell when we were inside of the unit.
