We had a group of 30 adults stay for four nights. The space was perfect for us. There were a few issues with the property, but Katie was so communicative and made sure to let us know ahead of time that she was aware of the problems and that we wouldn't be charged for them. Katie is absolutely the best VRBO host I've ever had the pleasure of communicating with - she dealt with our 1000 questions and was so quick to reply. She also bent over backwards to accommodate our early check in request. I cannot say enough good things about how on top of everything she was. The space was a little cramped for 30 adults, but we made it work! We already are talking about coming back for a future trip.

The entire place was as you see in the pictures. The back and forth communication with the owners on the day of check-in was good. Their responses were prompt and accommodating. You can rest easy booking this location for your stay, there were no surprises.

We came as a family of 22- 10 adults and 12 kids. It was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and backyard space. The bedrooms had plenty of beds but not overcrowded.We really enjoyed the media room for meals, games and movie watching. The home was clean and Katie and Josh were very responsive to our questions and were very communicative.We will be returning next year!

A lovely weekend

We use this property as a late Christmas get together and it was perfect! There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have a good time. The hot tub was a hit and we would love to stay there in the summertime when the pool is open outside.

Lovely!

25 of our family celebrated Thanksgiving at Katie and Josh's home near Appleton, Wisconsin. There was something for everyone from age 2 to age 77, including toys, video games, arcade games, big screen televisions, a hot tub, and lots of lounging space. We loved our time there, and Katie was sweet and always available to answer questions. We highly recommend this great place!

Extended Family Get-Together

The house was perfect for our needs & exactly as described. Lots of room to spread out, relax, play games, cook or watch tv. The area is quiet with plenty of parking but not too far from grocery stores, etc. Game room was a hit with everyone. Absolutely recommend & will book again next time we are in Appleton.

Fall weekend with friends

Five couples gathered in the Fox Valley for a fall weekend. Katie was an excellent communicator and attentive to being sure we knew if there were any questions she was available. The property was perfection - clean and spacious. The game room allowed us to gather together all weekend. Close to Green Bay and many other local establishments for food and festivities. A perfect place to stay as a large group and also have privacy.

Beautiful Vacation!

My partner and I held our Bachelorette party at this beautiful house. There was so much to do, the pool was SO refreshing and clean. The hot tub room, game room, and party room with more games and a projector were all amazing amenities. Plenty to do for everyone and everyone had their own space. Hanging by the pool during the day and the fire at night was everything we wanted! The beds and linens were comfy and clean. Lots of room for the food and beverages for the whole group. Recommend 10/10. Will definitely be visiting again and recommend to our local friends and family!

Very fun family reunion

We chose this house for our family reunion and it exceeded our expectations. There was plenty to do day and night. The inside and outside both had great areas for us to hang out and catch up. The house was clean and communication with the hosts was great. The best part was the privacy - no need to worry about disturbing neighbors. Highly recommend and everyone is already talking about when we can go back again!

Family Reunion

Plenty to do for everyone! We had ages 3-89. 18 of us in total. Enough bedrooms that privacy was not an issue. The game room was perfect for our Friday night "Taco Bar". The kitchen and game room are well equipped. The pool was the perfect temperature for everyone, not too hot, not too cold. Places like this are a cut above a hotel/motel experience.

Broad family gathering

We came from 4 states and had 20 people ages 3 to 70. Everyone was fully entertained and there was no sense of crowd ever! From 5AM till midnight... games, pool, hot tub, fire pit. Non stop fun! Hope to come back here again!!!!

Fantastic Home!

What a great place! We celebrated Christmas with our large family here! When 1st communicating with our host, we told her we were celebrating and she so graciously offered to keep up the Holiday decor (which was beautiful). The home was very clean and well maintained. Communication with the host was spot on and she was attentive to anything we needed. We would recommend this property to others.

Do Not Pass Up This Home!

This home is Amazing! The attention to design and detail is unbelievable. The bar/ game room is truly great! Something for everyone, you will not be bored. And so much space for large groups. Bedrooms are airy, large, and spacious with several sleeping options. The beds and bedding are new and very comfortable. Don't miss the trundles! The home is very clean and well-maintained. Katie was extremely helpful and very responsive to all our questions, needs, and suggestions. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing !!

Beautiful and clean house for large gathering. Hosts were very responsive and helpful during our stay with any questions. Great location for privacy but close enough to the city for dinning, activities and shopping! Would definitely stay here again !!

This place is amazing, very roomy, modern and the bar area is a 10 out of 10 and then you add the pool and hot tub and outdoor patio with a outdoor fire. Nothing but greatness. There is a nearby winery that was awesome and last the HOST were nothing but helpful and super nice and i won't hesitate to book this place again. Thank you
