„I've booked and paid in advance for a room with sea view but instead we got a room that faces the garden. Had to complain with them to get them to change. No big deal except it already ruined my vacation mood. The front desk staff speaks minimum English and the rest of the staff does not speak English at all. Foreigner beware! The room is actually quite nice and big. All basic amenities included. AC working and clean sheets. The beach is poorly maintained. i know the hotel had no control ...

„Language barrier had an impact in our stay. We booked for an overnight stay unfortunately we had an event that may last hours. At 3am, I told one of the staffs that we will extend our stay (using a google translator) for few hours, and we got an OKAY. Few minutes before 12 noon (check out time) I asked the front desk to confirm about the few hours extension upto 4pm so that we can rest but the front desk said, "you need to get out." I begged to reconsider and even asked for any room but the ...

„Amazing room to amazing breakfast “

„The Hotel had already it‘s best days but they do a good job. I was the only guest so sure no breakfast buffet, got only a soup and juice. No fruits. And the beach is dirty, but that‘s everywhere the same: nobody is responsible to clean up. “

„We were very disappointed. When we arrived, we just wanted to leave again, but the boss apparently insisted on the no-refund prepayment conditions (guess why). The room floor and windows were terribly dirty and so we asked to at least clean those, which the manager agreed to. However, they didn't repeat the floor cleaning until our last day of stay, despite the sand and no water outside to clean one's feet before entering the room. The so-called 'excellent breakfast' was a shame. Considering ...

„Beautiful villa, very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended“
