"❌ Very Disappointing Experience – Not the Hilton Standard Our stay at Hilton Bali Resort Nusa Dua was extremely disappointing and far below what we expect from a five-star Hilton property. From the beginning, the welcome was mediocre. On our first day, when we returned from an excursion in the evening, we found that our room had not been cleaned at all. Trash bins were full and had attracted ants, which were crawling throughout the room. Attempts to reach reception by phone were unsuccessful. "L’hôtel Grand Hyatt Bali est bien situé et les parties communes sont agréables, mais l’établissement est clairement vieillissant. Notre chambre, en plus d’être très éloignée de la réception, présentait une odeur d’humidité extrêmement forte et persistante. Cette odeur rendait le séjour inconfortable et nous empêchait de dormir correctement. Inacceptable pour un hôtel cinq étoiles de ce niveau. Grosse déception malgré le potentiel du lieu."
