« Check-in was easy, with very complete advance instructions from our hosts. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is spacious and in a beautiful location. The kitchen is nicely set up for use. The farm fresh eggs in the fridge made for two delicious breakfasts, and we very much enjoyed our gracious hosts’ tour of the working farm behind the house. An excellent place to spend a weekend. We recommend it highly! »

« We spent five nights at this property while attending kayak races on the Connecticut River. It is small but comfortable and was perfect for the two of us. The bird feeder outside the front door was good entertainment. Just a note that the cooktop is induction so you have to use their two small pans. This is not a complaint just don’t plan on making a big pot of spaghetti. If we ever are in the area again, we will definitely book this property. »

« The studio was perfect for our needs. In the heart of town, close by to everything. It's fully equipped with anything you might need. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows and bedding. Very convenient to start our day with a leisurely breakfast at home before we headed out for the day. Mary Anne was very helpful and gave us some great information about the area and helped connect us to a local businessman when we mentioned our need. We will definitely look to return when we are back...

« There was a little problem with the lockbox, but Catherine was available to help solve it. We were staying in the house instead of the “cozy apartment.” Except for a somewhat difficult staircase and a couple of doors to the deck that did not have screens, we have no complaints. They location was beautiful, but a bit of a distance from places we wanted to go to. The price was very fair, and I would recommend this location to others. »

Plentiful towels and basic toiletries on hand. Location is perfect, close to highway entrance and small shopping center. Gracious hosts who went out of their way (shoveling after a snow storm and ensuring walkway was accessible) to make it a great stay. »
