« Really enjoyed the stay here, very close to Burlington and a great lake escape. The beach is much bigger and nicer than expected, and use of paddleboards and kayak made for a really fun place to stay. Plenty of space, clean, and tons of outdoor areas to relax in. Recommend! »

« Loved this little beach cottage. Fully stocked with everything you could need. Great location. We were there for UVM graduation and it was 15 min away from just about everywhere we wanted to be! Beds were really comfy. Only thing is the bathroom and shower are tiny - so if you are a larger human, this might be an issue. Otherwise loved it. »

« Séjour très agréable, le chalet est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien en cuisine pour les français qui aiment faire la cuisine. Un peu éloigné des magasins pour se ravitailler (supermarché à Lake Placid). La propriétaire met à notre disposition des documents sur la région, les randonnées, ce qui est très appréciable. En résumé très bon séjour. »

« Enjoyed are stay at the camp. The outside flowers, bird feeders and deck were peaceful. Had fun watching the birds feed and the chipmunks and squirrels trying to get to the feeders.Our property manager/owner was very good at communicating with us.The only detriment was the beach. Due to the spring thaw and flooding there was numerous amount of driftwood in the sand near shore; which made it difficult for wading. I was told by a couple of locals this was due to the rivers that flow into the lake....

« This is a really nice lakeside cottege. My family had an excellent stay. The location is really great but I would note that Lakeshore Drive can get quite busy - backing out of the driveway required patience at times. Great views of the lake. Mallets Bay is HEAVILY populated with moorings and marinas so this is not a secluded corner of the lake in summertime, it is busy and bustling. The place is well furnished and well equiped. The easy drive to Burlington was also a plus. Overall this is...

« A truly delightful stay! Can’t say enough good things about the house, the setting, the owners and the location. We rented the home for one week to hold a special family gathering with our 2 daughters and sons-in-law. From the start, the owners, Peter and Kathryn, offered us early check-in, as soon as the property was made ready once the previous occupants vacated. And, on departure allowed us a later check out so that one of our sons-in-law could attend to an unexpected work-related emergency....
