« Was not clean. Shower was cracked, writing on walls, sheets and pillows had stains. »

« The only thing that was less than perfect was the dirt that had been tracked in. it looked like it was the same for more than 24 hours. The cost of the snacks in the canteen area was prohibitive. No charge for coffee was nice. »

« The breakfast was very nice. I like a hot breakfast in the morning with different variations of food especially since I’m lactose intolerant. I don’t eat much but it was very nice that they had almond milk, and even hard boil eggs so I could have have eggs without cheese in them. The staff running the breakfast were so kind and professional. I would stay here again for my sons baseball tournaments »

« Breakfast was good and breakfast area was clean and replenished well. However the non carpeted floors in the breakfast area and our room bathroom were slightly sticky. They could benefit from occasional deep cleaning. »

« Would not read my receipt that showed 3 rooms were booked and kept saying only one room was. He didnt read and see the other 2 names. Only looked under my name because I booked the rooms. Would not give the other 2 booked rooms the price Expedia booked them for. One door key I was told to leave at the desk and go to them when I need in because it was a special room with only one key that could not be lost. I had to ask for pillows for the bed. Clerk let me know how much trouble it was finding me...

« The parking lot is really torn up upon arrival. Lobby was clean and staff was fairly friendly upon checking in. Pool area was fun for the kids with toys and floaties available for them to use. Pool towels were not stocked in the pool area, so it was slightly in convenient having to hunt them down (after being told they should be in the cabinet in the pool area). The worst part was our room smelled like dirty, wet dog! It smelled so bad and hit you in the face every time we came back to the room....

« The room was dingy and not quite clean. There appears to be people that have made this place their residence and while they avoided smoking in their own rooms they would stand in front of the intake for our air conditioner and made our room smell terrible like cigarettes »

« The pool is shut down permemantly now, and the ice machine on the 4th floor is broken. Wouldn't recommend staying while they have parties with people not staying in the hotel. But the beds were very clean & no bugs. The young lady at the desk on Saturday was very helpful when I left my energy drink in the room after we left. »

« I stayed pn a Friday night for a Conference that started at 7:30 am at a neighboring hotel. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am and I left at 7:15am to find hot coffee and breakfast on my own because the breakfast was not ready. They had always ready and hot coffee in the lobby and it was ice cold in the coffee thermos like it had been there for more than 24 hours. The room was nice and clean but I was disappointed with the only amenity I tried to take advantage. The pool was posted...
