« They need more staff at the breakfast area. Not efficient at all. I woood rather stay in a buffet breakfast than pay extra and have a plate that takes too long to arrive and wait efen more to get silverware and cups do consume the breakfast that was already cold by the time all arrived. »

« Room was clean, but for the amount you are paying there are better (half the cost and offer free hot breakfast for guests, which you do not get at Ameristar, nor room service) options right in the same parking lot. Parking for the hotel is hit and miss, be prepared for a little walk because you rarely find close parking. « Wanted to like it cause the front desk and was friendly and helpful. But getting into the room and roaches all over the ground dead. Then the beds. Both beds had hair and brown stains on the white sheets and one had it on the pillow. Had to get four pairs of sheets to cover them safely to sleep in. Didn’t shower either cause the shower had stains and leftover SOMETHING in it. Stayed one day so safely taken care of stuff. »
