« The front hotel staff was completely rude and told us we had to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the hotel to get to the casino when there was a hallway connecting the 2. My mom had to walk down a hill because he was rude and didn’t even tell us where to go or what direction our room was. I won’t be going back. »

« The place is in a beautiful spot but totally run down. The staff does not care about the guests and will do nothing to help. No coffee until like 7:45 if you’re lucky. No complimentary coffee as advertised. Really disappointed all around. Place is so old and smelly. If you like nursing homes than you might enjoy staying. Sorry but true. « This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s been totally refurbished and the rooms are beautifully decorated and so clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. We had a junior suite with a couch and outside patio. Saw deer, geese and various birds on property. The bathroom was great. Radiant heated floors and towel heating bars. This place is luxurious. Loved the walking path around the lake. The staff goes above and beyond providing services and information. I can go on and on about...
