« We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. Shout out especially to Peter at the Registration desk who was so personable and helpful. Even though Barry Manilow had to cancel his concert, Peter sang Copacabana for us!

They said Expedia booked customers were overbooked. Several hotels in the area were full. we had no where to stay. Expedia owes me a re fund and I will never use Expedia nor this Hotel chain again! »

« Wonderful place to stay! Extremely helpful staff. Quiet...there was a volleyball tournament that weekend where the hotel was FULL! And It was still quite. It is very clean. The bed was super comfortable. We didn't get the breakfast for a fee. Overall, great place to stay and we will make this our hotel of choice when in Lexington. »
