« Despite the rain we had a fantastic time in this excellent property. Well equipped and maintained professionally. My wife has limited mobility and was able to move around the property using sticks and a walker with no issues. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower which she could easily use with a shower seat as she was able to walk right up with the walker. « What a beautiful location for a lodge! The lodge itself was well presented and clean with everything you would need, but by far the best things are the views and the peace. You are only 15mins away from Keswick. We will definitely be back. »

The apartment was super clean, really modern, spacious and comfortable and just the perfect place to go back to after a long walk. « The cottage has a lovely location nestled in the trees and with great mountain views. The interior spaces are on the whole comfortable and well equipped, except for the bathroom which is very small. « The cottage is very well equipped, has great views and a comfortable lounge. Despite feeling away from it all you are only a 10 minute drive from Keswick (and also has a good bus service if you want to leave the car behind). We took an amazing bus ride over the Whinlatter pass to Buttermere then on over the Honister pass and up the valley alongside Derwent Water. « The property was lovely, and clean. A great location with good amenities. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor which was a bit tricky for us staying with young kids and not mentioned in the information, and the on street parking availability on the street mentioned nearby was really limited, but we travelled on a very busy school holiday weekend. « First time visiting the lake district and it didnt disappoint. The area of the lodge was perfect to explore and visit different places nearby. The lodge itself was perfect , and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Will definitely like to stay again and will recommend to all friends and family this lodge. »
