This ground floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in Warm Springs at the base of Bald Mt. The living area has a 55-inch flat screen TV and a wood-burning fireplace. There is access to a patio area off the living area with views of Bald Mt. The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops, and the dining table seats 6.

The primary bedroom has a Queen bed, a 45-inch flat screen TV, and an ensuite full-size bath with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Complex Features: The Greyhawk Condominiums are located in Warm Springs, about one block from the Warm Springs lifts on Bald Mountain and Après ski spots. This complex features a seasonal pool heated to 102° in winter, a sauna, and coin-operated laundry facilities. The pool opens for the winter season just a few days before Christmas and closes after ski season. The pool opens for summer in late June and closes in early October. There is a free shuttle that picks up just half a block away from the condo, which will transport you to downtown Ketchum and to the Sun Valley Resort. Parking is limited to two cars per condo, and the homeowner's association does not allow vacation renters to bring pets.

Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
