We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Key Colony and couldn’t have asked for a better rental!From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living space was bright, open, and perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.The location in Key Colony Beach is unbeatable. It’s peaceful and friendly, yet close to great restaurants, local shops, and all the activities the Florida Keys are known for. We loved being just minutes from the water — morning walks by the canal and sunset views were definite highlights of our trip.The outdoor space truly made the stay special. Whether it was enjoying coffee on the patio, grilling dinner, or simply relaxing in the warm breeze, it felt like our own private slice of paradise.Communication with the host was seamless. They were responsive, welcoming, and clearly care about providing a top-notch experience. We had a great week in Key Colony and enjoyed all of the nearby beaches and pool club. The home is fully stocked with everything you need to have fun pool days and we really enjoyed having the bikes to get around. We are a family of six with three teenagers and the home was plenty spacious and comfortable for all of us. I enjoyed that the kitchen was fully stocked with equipment and tools to be able to make meals at home.

We had a blast and were quite comfortable with this adorable house as our home base while visiting the keys. The owners are extremely responsive and helpful. The added extra amenities were a pleasant bonus. And that backyard was my favorite spot for my morning coffee!

Week Stay

The house did its job. Comfortable sleep- quiet and clean! Great neighbors! Decorated very nicely and gave the beach feel even though it’s not on the water. The Cabana Club on the other hand was miserable. I would rent this house and get day passes to Isla Bella next time!

Wonderful house

The house was perfect for our needs. They have everything, and extra touches such as laundry hampers in each room. House is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The community is laid back and low key. Perfect for a relaxing week.

Sea Glass perfection!

This was the perfect getaway. The house was so clean and so well stocked. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever stayed in. Love the one cup or full carafe coffee maker. Our family of 6 (5 adults and 1 child) never ran out of hot water after a long day at the beach! Also had great water pressure! The beach club access is so so helpful! We didn’t visit the club right away and went to sombrero beach. After we visited the beach club we did not feel the need to set up our tent and chairs again! Hosts were great communicators and kind. If we were to visit Marathon again, we would absolutely book Sea Glass Bungalow again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sea Glass bungalow! Super cute town and convenient location in the keys. The kids loved the bunk room! A few hiccups during check in, but the hosts were great and the house was exactly as advertised.

Lovely Home in Key Colony

This was our first time in the Keys and staying in Key Colony was perfect. If you are looking for a nice, clean house with nice amenities, this property is it. The house was very clean and offered a well stocked kitchen, extra towels and amenities for the beach as well! The access to the Cabana Club was an additional perk. The hosts do a good job of communicating and do a good job on upkeep of the house.

The Perfect Getaway

The place was even better and more spacious than the pictures, there is a large private outdoor area too! We loved spending the mornings drinking coffee in the sunshine surrounded by palm trees. There were 6 adults and one baby and this property was perfect for our Key Colony Beach vacation. Would highly recommend renting a golf cart too!

Relaxing family getaway

Lindsey has thought of literally every single detail to make this home as comfortable as possible. The home was spotless when we arrived and was equipped with everything we needed to settle in and enjoy our week. The location was good and it was nice to have access to the beach club. Definitely a relaxing and enjoyable week! We would return to this location without a doubt! Thanks for a great week!

Great place, great stay!

House was clean, well stocked and in a great location to lots of fun activities! Perfect amount of space for our family of four plus a grandparent. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Grocery, restaurants, and local attractions were so close and convenient. Cabana Club was easy to navigate and was perfect for a day of relaxing in the sun. Communication with the property owner was fast and easy. Thanks for a great week!

Seaglass was absolutely adorable, perfect for our family. The decor was PERFECT for reminding us we were on vacation. Had everything we needed. a FULLY stocked kitchen, the backyard area was perfect for relaxing. It was clean, bds were comfy and not far from the pool. Located in a perfect "neighborhood" for walks, less than an hour drive to Key West. We loved our time there. The host were fantastic with communication. They had a HVAC issue before we arrived and made sure to communicate and check in that we were comfy and doing well.

Wonderful stay

Home was amazing had everything we needed.Great communication with the host. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Near many attractions great location if you are wanting to visit several of the key islands. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location to explore the Keys

Property was well equipped and overall cleanliness was good, only complaint was the bedding was stained as were the towels. We did raise this but no reply was forthcoming from the owner. That aside the location of the accommodation is perfect and would definitely return to Key Colony.

Great Stay!!

Everything was as advertised with home. Lindsey was great with communicating and instructions for home during stay and check-out were conveniently posted in home as well. Lindsey always reached out quickly by text or email if I had any questions. House was immaculate. Everything that would be expected was provided and I would say this property goes above and beyond. We all enjoyed our time there and would book with Lindsey if staying in Marathon again. 10 out of 10 recommend. Thanks so much for having us!!

1st time visit to the keys

The house was perfect! It was very clean and well decorated. I loved how pretty and well taken care of it was. Lindsey thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. We really enjoyed the kayaks. While there we fished from the seven mile bridge, rented a boat and snorkeled sombrero reef, kayaked Curry Hammock State Park where we spent some time on a beautiful sand bar. We played tennis at the park. We also drove to key west and visited Bahia Honda state park. The sunsets in the keys are breathtaking. We had a fun packed week! Lindsey was a great host and always responded right away. We would definitely book this house again!

Great Bungalow, everyone loved it!

Super cute and clean bungalow! Everyone in the family loved it and said it was the nicest one we stayed in (this is our 5th vrbo type stay). Great location and easy walking distance to the pool. Some of the items listed in the listing were in a separate storage area (bikes, coolers, wagon) and I had to reach out about if they still had them. I got the quickest response through texting (I had also emailed). All items were still there just needed a separate code for storage area. I would highly recommend and would stay there again. Next time I would rent a truck to be able to use the kayaks.

The Perfect Beach House

This was our first trip as a family to the beautiful Florida Keys, and this home was absolutely perfect for our family of five. The house was not only beautifully decorated and super clean, but also fully stocked with everything a family might need for a week at the beach. We also had access to so many amenities. We enjoyed using the bikes daily to go to the pool, park, private beach near by, and Sunset park down the street. The house has two kayaks available for use with life jackets, we took the kayaks to Curry Hammock State Park for a day of fishing and kayaking. The house is only a short drive to several beaches near by, we ventured to Sombrero beach, Bahia Honda State Park, and Veterans Memorial Park, there are beach chairs also available for use which was great for these beach days. The kitchen is so well stocked, we cooked most meals at the house. The boys took a fishing charter with High Caliber Sport Fishing, and caught some amazing fish that we grilled out in the serene backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and cannot wait to come back again.
