Wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed at "Let's Do Sunset" for two weeks to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We love Kiawah and have rented several condos over the years, but we hope to make this our Kiawah "home away from home."Our favorite parts about the rental were its perfect location at the Tennis Club Villas right next to The Sanctuary and the privacy and quiet of the unit overlooking the lagoon. Nearly every day we spent hours biking around Kiawah, and our condo allowed us to easily head to either end of the island.We also appreciated how comfortable the beds were and the beauty and peace of the screened in porch where we saw so many birds, gators and deer. Communication with the rental company was great, and the minor issues we had with a running toilet and squeaky door were taken care of very quickly.We hope to return to Kiawah soon, and we look forward to making more memories at "Let's Do Sunset."

My take

Have stayed at numerous Kiawah rentals over 3 decades…..this was a nice villa….lovely lagoon view. Some of the units features are slightly dated…tile flooring; low bath cabinetry heights which probably could use an upgrade. Excellent decor and furnishings otherwise…nice color scheme.

Comfortable, dog friendly villa with great management!

We loved everything about this tennis villa for our family and 2 pups! The condo is nicely maintained and we were welcomed by a hand written note, bottle of wine, and low country cookies. The personal touch really made us feel at home. We appreciated having two queen size beds in bedroom 2 for our teens. The location is ideal; an easy walk to both the tennis center and the bridge to Boardwalk 27. Communication before, during, and after our stay was thorough. And we were kindly offered a prorate for a (very) late check-out on our departure day, which we took advantage of. We would happily rent here again!

Great location - Lots of nature, beach walks and bike rides

We loved our visit. It was easy to get to the beach and enjoy walks. We were able to walk over to the Sanctuary and have lunch. There’s an art gallery there too, which was also nice to visit. We were able to ride bikes everywhere. The Neighborhood has great trails and very well kept. When we arrived, there was a nice welcome gift for us, which was just an extra nice touch to start a wonderful week. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to stay again next time we visit.

Beautiful place!

Everything was great! This is probably our 20th year coming to Kiawah Island and I love how close to the beach this was. I was also able to bring my daughter for the first time which was very special. The property was clean and just as listed. It was very cool being able to sit on the back porch and see alligators, turtles, and birds. The only complaints I have is that the door lock would stick and it made it difficult to get in sometimes. It would usually take 3-4 attempts for it to open and you would need two hands. The other thing was that there was a remodel going on downstairs everyday from about 8-6:30 and it made it difficult to get my 9 month daughter down for her naps as it could get pretty loud. Other than that, great place! Would stay again.

Wonderful Relaxing Long Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a pretty and clean condo, especially for a dog friendly rental. The communication of the pre-arrival info, check-in procedures, and check out info was on the spot. We would recommend having a larger supply of toilet paper and directions to where we could take recycling. Other than those two things, it was perfect for the 4 of us and our pup!

The location, layout and decor were excellent. My family enjoyed hanging out on the screened-in porch and walking on the beach. There were a few small details that could’ve been improved (front door lock was hard to use, limited toilet paper, etc), but overall, would recommend the unit.

Relaxing vacation

Loved the serene atmosphere overlooking the water. The villa was very clean and well equipped especially in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable and little details made it very pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving week.
