    The Space:

    Influenced by the traditional homes of Charleston, this wonderful Kiawah Island property is located on a tranquil street adjacent to the Maritime Forest Reserve and the Kiawah Conservancy Nature Trail. Enjoy a large private pool, multiple decks with porch swings and rockers that are ideal for outdoor entertaining, and a lovely location with easy access to the beach, golf courses, and bike trails throughout the island.



    What’s nearby:

    This home neighbors the Maritime Forest Reserve and Nature Trail, so you'll be just a few steps from beautiful scenery to enjoy on foot or by bike. The Cougar Point Golf Course - one of five championship golf courses on Kiawah Island - is next door as well. The beach is half a mile south, and Freshfields Village - a hot spot for dining, shopping, and entertainment - is two miles northwest. For a nice day trip, hop in the car and travel 23 miles northeast into historic downtown Charleston.

    -EV charger included at the home

    -Parking is available (Garage is not for guest use)

    -The pool can be heated upon request, all year round, however, if temperatures dip, pool heat may not meet certain expectations. Once pool heat has been requested and turned on, no refunds can be given under any circumstances. 48 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $175 plus tax per day must be paid prior to check-in

My family and I had a great time during the week we spent here. Other than wishing the weather was a little warmer during the first part of the week, the house and accommodations were fantastic. Our host was super easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Beautiful beach home with comfy beds and lots of extras

Very nice property and a great place to rest and relax. Love the porch swings, location close to beach, and near the restaurants on island. Love the big beds and bathrooms.

Kiawah family Beach Vacation

This was 2nd time we stayed at this house and it was perfect! Beach in the morning and pool in the afternoon. Very nice and comfortable lodging for family of 5 adults and 4 kids. Will be back again next year!

Wonderful place

This was our 2nd time in this home, it’s perfect! Sadly this years construction on the island was horrible, difficult to get around. Especially to the beach ☹️

Lovely Kiawah property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the best week of 2020! The house was clean and offered plenty of space to relax for my husband, three college student daughters and me. Everything was as pictured and the kitchen well supplied with tools to make just about anything. The walk to the beach is about a half a mile but shaded and pleasant. We hope to stay again!

Spring Break Masters Week

My family had a great stay at the house. Unfortunate that the pool heater wasn’t working but it didn’t stop the kids from getting in! Close short 3 min drive 7 min bike ride to boardwalk 5 with an empty parking lot, super easy to shuffle all the things down to the beach and not have to worry about parking. Short bike to Mingo Point for dolphin tours which we were lucky enough to see a group of dolphins strand some fish with our 8, 5, and 4 year old boys on the boat.

Perfect house

The house is exactly as advertised and as shown in the pictures. The beach is walking distance or a short bike ride away. The kitchen is well stocked for plenty of cooking with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. in good condition (not always the case with rentals). It was nice to have the security and ease of a house professionally managed by Vacasa. Bike rentals are available for the whole family including kids bikes, seats and trailers. Most of the island can be enjoyed by bike with numerous safe bike paths.

Over priced vacation with many property issues

Overall I am disappointed with the house. There were three issues: 1) dishwasher issue. Imagine going on vacation for a week and having dishwasher issue 2) I paid nearly $10000 for the home for a week and cannot believe the heated pool was extra. There is some price gouging going on here. 3) ac system had trouble keeping the place cool all week. 4) not sure why but the water upstairs didn't work sporadically. I reported it and got any response. I have requested compensation for these issues with no response.
