Large sliding glass doors lead to your private lanai, where you can settle in with your morning coffee, enjoy the tropical breeze, or unwind in the evening while taking in beautiful ocean and sunset views.

The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home, from quick breakfasts before a day at the beach to relaxed island dinners. Enjoy your meals at the indoor dining table for four or take them outside to the lanai for an al fresco Maui experience.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed, split A/C, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. Just around the corner, the modern bathroom includes a convenient walk-in shower.

During your stay, enjoy access to two swimming pools, tennis courts, barbecue areas, and beautifully maintained tropical grounds. Resort quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Greenbelt areas are available for family use; however, ball play and similar activities are best enjoyed at the nearby beach park. Pool toys used for assisted swimming are permitted.

• IMPORTANT PROPERTY NOTICE
Please be aware that active construction and sinkhole repair work is taking place directly in front of the property. Guests may experience daytime construction noise, temporary road closures, and occasional changes to building access or travel routes. We appreciate your patience and flexibility while the community completes these necessary infrastructure repairs.

• GUEST REGISTRATION & PARKING
Kihei Akahi charges a $35 Guest Registration Fee at the time of booking. If you plan to bring a second vehicle, an additional parking fee of $5 per day applies.

• VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera located next to the front door and directed toward the exterior entry/patio area. The camera records for security and liability purposes and does not monitor any private interior spaces. Video footage is not shared except when necessary for security or liability purposes. Tampering with or damaging the camera is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
