Sehr schöne, sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung- auch die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Betten und auch das Schlafsofabequem. Strand 2-3 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gab Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm ,2 Kühlboxen. Pool sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Uns hat nur ein Wäscheständer für die Badesachen und die Verdunklungsmöglichkeit( ist auf den Fotos noch erkennbar- aber nicht mehr vorhanden)gefehlt. Sonst war alles klasse.

This property was immaculate. Looked to be renovated very recently. View from balcony was incredible for sunsets, even better from the rooftop. We met so many friendly people at this property. Only downside is that we don’t own a condo there!!

Clean,homey and comfortable

Coffee, morning walks on the beach, time by the pool, dining either upstairs at the very nice barbecue area or at one of the many restaurants within walking distance. Evenings watching the sun go down from the lanai, playing cards, watching a movie. Very relaxing.

Great experience

Communication from the property manager was outstanding from beginning to check-out. This property is a great location, easy walk to the beach, shopping, dining. Floors 4 and higher will give you an ocean view. Unit 405 is very comfortable and has everything you could need including beach chairs and a cooler. I'd definitely stay again.

Paradise!

Exceeded my expectations. GREAT location, across from long soft sanded beach. Sunsets were amazing, even from the lanai. Unit was fully stocked with all the stuff we needed to chill and have fun. Everything worked and we felt right at home! We will definitely rent from the again!

Great condo w/ everything you need for the beach. Loved that they had an automatic ice maker. The only qualms was the cockroaches- we probably terminated like 10 younglings. We know it’s a tropical island so it’s to be expected but seemed like the building needed better treatment?

25th Anniversary Maui Vacation

The condo was beautiful and looked just like the pictures on line. It was very comfortable and the location was great. The beach was right across the street and so beautiful. The beach chairs and umbrella that was provided was great. The pool was also so refreshing. So close to restaurants, shops and groceries. All within walking distance. We didn't need a car, just used uber from airport and to luau. The only down side was we had to wait outside until check in at 4:00. We arrived at 1:00 all the way from Florida. Also, the check out would have been nice an hour later. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely go back.

Great rental in Kihei

First of all, this was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in! Especially being near the beach that can be challenging. Kudos to the cleaning crew! The condo is nicely furnished and has many little touches to make it comfortable. It is nicely updated. The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and basic appliances. There are 4 beach chairs that are in good shape and a nice beach umbrella available for use. There were also snorkel gear and other beach items available. The property was quiet and convenient to shops and restaurants and a short walk to Kam I beach park. The only negative we had was that it was warm while we were there and it was impossible to get the bedroom cool as it's a long way from the living room A/C. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

Fantastic location!

We loved our stay at the property! The location was super close to the beach and was plenty of room. It also had access to a rooftop lounge that was perfect for grilling! The only things I’d take into consideration is that this would be perfect if more amenities were provided in the unit (such as additional toiletries and kitchen supplies) thankfully sunscreen and beach towels were provided, but we did have to buy our own coffee and additional shampoo/body wash while we were here. Still a great spot, just come prepared!

The unit was just as described had 4 beach chairs umbrella and a cooler . Kitchen had everything you needed. Great views from the Lani and even better from the rooftop barbecue.

Great Location!

This condo is in a great location, across the street from the beach! Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, a small cooler are all available for use. The sunsets from the condo, and the top BBQ area were just gorgeous! We were missing a BBQ utensil, and after contacting the rental folks, within a few hours we had one delivered to the condo. The customer service from the rental company was just fantastic! This was our first time using VRBO, and based on how great we were treated, and the lovely condo, we would use VRBO again. Thank you to the staff that communicated with us frequently, and so kindly!

The place was very well furnished. It had everything we needed The views are spectacular and most of the day we didn’t even have to turn on the ac as the sea breeeze was really nice The location is perfect for the beach and just downstairs there is different restaurant like Japanese , fish and chips, bakery, gelato and also Pizza Hut There is also a surf board rack but will need a lock to secure Parking is allocated too but the parking lots are abit small Otherwise all good

Beautiful place and perfect location.

The condo was equipped with everything, clean, and really nicely remodeled. Growing up, I spent my summers in Kihei, so I was in heaven being steps away from Kamaole One Beach and everything else one might need to enjoy your stay in the area. My one and only tip is from my partner and not me. In the evenings, he enjoys watching movies offered by Netflix and Hulu ecetera. The T.V.s were not Smart T.V.s, so that was a tiny disappointment for him. It might be worth advertising that correctly because I did ask about it prior to my arrival. Other than that, I cannot say enough great things about 405 in KBR. Thank you for a great stay and I hope to stay again!
