Our condo was really nice. We loved the view! The condo was clean and contemporary. Would stay there again. Only suggestions would be to add a tv in the bedroom. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property with a fabulous view.Well equipped and perfect for couples. Very safe area and a great beach to walk. Loved watching the whales offshore….bring binoculars. Would we stay again? ……in a heartbeat.

A senior moment

We have been traveling to Maui since 1975 on a regular basis and this is our first time in this particular unit. We found it well stocked with all the comfort of Home and located in a beautiful area, possibly gorgeous view of the ocean Amenities surrounding the property or excellent, and our expectations order exceeded and every regard In the airline reservations, we are considering very strongly to return next year Mahalo for a wonderful memory

Great Condo in Wailea

This was an excellent property that met all of our expectations. The location was fantastic, close to the beach and pool, great golf courses, restaurants and shopping. It was equipped with everything we needed for a special vacation. The only negative was slightly old carpet with a few stains.

Ideally located gem

First time staying at Wailea Ekahi and absolutely loved the property--it is ideally located next to the larger resorts with direct access to the beach and walking path. Beautifully maintained with a diverse range of tropical plants and flowers, and the shared pool and bbq/patio area are fantastic for groups. The unit itself is actually much larger than I expected, with an open kitchen/dining/living area and access to a smallish but beautiful lanai with a view of the surrounding property and ocean. It has beach chairs and towels for your use, and the welcome basket was a nice touch. Overall loved my stay!

Stunning Views

Absolutely loved the condo and property. The views were amazing. Pretty hefty walk back from the beach but manageable. Loved the extras like laundry detergent and beach towels and chairs,etc. My only complaint is that I wanted late check-out but never got an answer as to whether we could book it or not. (Asked three times.) So, we had to leave the condo and drive around the island for seven hours before our flight. We Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing view, fantastic amenities

This was our second stay at Ekahi village and this unit was a favorite. The photos don’t do the view justice. We had a couple of small issues that were quickly resolved by the property manager. Only downside is that this unit doesn’t have its own umbrella which is a first for me on Maui. I highly suggest that the hosts simply buy one for the unit but the option is to have one delivered and pay $20. (It’s only $17 for the week from Boss Frogs) It would also be amazing to have more soft seating on the lanai - we spent most of our time out there!

This property was ideal for our Maui stay. It was on the second floor of a 2 story building in a south Maui location. It was a very quiet condo. It had everything we needed for our stay--some basic essentials to get us started such as small soaps in the bathroom, dish soap, laundry pods, etc. The Hawaiian goodies that were left on the counter really came in handy while we were out exploring the island. The condo was very clean and the patio was so nice to have with a view of the ocean in the distance. The beach chairs were nice to have. The walk from the condo to the main pool and beach were a little longer than we thought and it's an uphill walk on the way back, but once we figured out the way to go, it wasn't bad. There are grills conveniently located through the plan and the pool was nice to swim in--it does have a small shallow end and much of it is deep water. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay for our week in Maui.

Nice to have nearby and not crossing roadways to get there. A huge plus is beach access and beach walk.No noise and peaceful location. View is good, tunnel type decks but still beautiful.I recommend.One issue, is what they call ants (fastest ones I ever seen and fairly light in color). Kitchen and even dishwasher a constant battle.After running dishwasher I opened and surprised to to see ants. I recommended do not use disposal and take any trash out immediately after eating/cooking.They did leave spray which was appreciated.Also, put everything in fridge, dry goods as well. I have bit of phobia but wife had no issues.I even had ants in my lap top - ugh Overall, Maui's rental costs have been sky rocketing so i expect zero issues.

It’s a bit of a walk to get down to the beach, and it would have been nice to have some sort of direction card in the unit. Google maps was pretty accurate, but there really isn’t a direct path down to the ocean or the larger pool. There is an ice chest which is great, just be sure to go through the cupboards. We found the umbrella on the last day under the bed. Beach chairs are on the back lanai. Plenty of large beach towels were supplied. Plenty of inside towels and bedding were available. All cleaning products were available as well (tide, dish soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer). We struggled to reach someone with an issue and got the run around. Made my husband nervous about staying in case we had a bigger issue. Check in was simply a code and check out the same (at least that’s what it seemed the rule was). It was easy to get in and out and easy to find the unit. All directions were written out. Carpet is in every room except the toilet area. Furniture is fine, nothing fancy. Very white/beige decor making it easy to see any scuff marks or dirt. The cars didn’t move often where we parked, and a few times it seemed a little sketchy, but overall it’s a nice community. The beach is beautiful and the view from our room could not be beat! For around $500 a night it can’t be beat! There is only coffee for 1 day and no cream or sugar... so be sure to get supplies before you stay. (I have never stayed with air BB before so maybe this is normal). It would have just been nice to have something available. Overall, we would stay here again.

Great place to have a drink and watch the sunset!There are a couple of things that could be improved on (1) The bed has a plastic mattress cover that affects the comfort of the bed and also makes it very warm - this should be removed; (2) You should include an umbrella - all of the condos we have stayed at at Ekahi have included an umbrella; and (3) a proper citrus squeezer would be a plus. All-in-all, this condo works. With a few minor changes it would be amazing. You can't beat the view!

Incredible views from the deck of the setting sun and ocean. Grounds are well maintained and beautiful. TV is a little dated and small, but who goes to Hawaii to watch TV. Only other issue was a little road noise in the bedroom, but would definitely stay here again.

First Timers

New to Hawaii! We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was well stocked (kitchen, beach chairs, towels, etc). We liked the location (both within the complex and within Maui). It was a 5 minute walk to the beach. This condo was more economical than some we looked at. We would stay here again. The only negative comment I have is that the living room could use some updating (furniture is getting old and the carpet has some stains). But again, we would stay here on our next Hawaii trip.
