Relaxing Family Vacay

From booking to check in to check out the process was seamless. We really enjoyed all the amenities and ease and thoughtfulness of the space and communication from management. We have been to Maui over 5 times now and this was the first condo we stayed in that actually had everything we needed, down to the beach chairs, extra towels and cleaning supplies for inevitable sand and simple messes. We hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you for hosting us as we made memories as a family!

Very relaxing

Tim and Stacey’s place is very clean and comfortable. We have been here twice and the location to beach is great. A 10 minute walk.The units location is in the back and is very quiet. Birds are active in the morning with unique calls. Great place.

Construction noise from condo upstairs. No one seemed to know what was going on and property management folks basically did the vague, "oh yeah, I don't know about that but I'll look into it" thing. On the upside, when the toilet overflowed with soap bubbles (seriously!) they sent maintenance folks over promptly to see to it.

Great place to stay

This was the first time to Hawaii for my wife and I and this rental fit right in with our overall plans. The location was great, with a nice beach just about right across the road. When we first checked in we were surprised to see it larger than expected, and it was exceptionally clean. We spent a little over a week and never found ourself wanting for any missing amenities. The only problem I had was that I never figured out how to cast from my device to either of the smart TVs. (This might be a generational issue.) ;-)

Quiet and peaceful

My wife and I had a wonderfully relaxing stay that was a getaway from our Alaskan winter. Located in the upper corner of the complex, it is usually quiet and the swimming pool is a short walk away. The unit has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a very comfortable bed and a plush couch that makes for a very relaxing home away from home. I would highly recommend this condo for any couple that enjoys quiet getaways. Communication with the host, Tim was very prompt. Thank you very much, we look forward to returning!

Great location and fully stocked condo

This condo was as described. Great location to pool and beach. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We did have a hiccup with the internet which is why I gave the property management 3 stars, the communication wasn’t great. The owners were great though and responded right away. The internet that we were told would be a week to fix, ended up being fixed the very next day. All in all a great place to stay.

Very pleasant stay

We enjoyed our stay in your condo very much. We sat on the lanai every day and enjoyed the peacefulness. It is a close to the road and can be noisy, but it wasn’t bad. The instructions for connecting to the internet needs to be updated. We tried to follow the instructions sent to us, but after calling the rental company, we learned the name of the network and password were different than the instructions. The correct info was posted on the refrigerator. After we discovered that, we had no issues. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue was how noisy the air conditioner was in the bedroom. We could not sleep with it on. The fan was helpful, but it still got too warm. Thank you for providing the cooler, chairs and umbrellas. They were perfect for going to the beach! The kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you again for allowing us to use your condo. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice location

The property was in a location that wasn’t too far from the Wailea area and then not too long of a drive to Lahaina. We did like the pool and hot tub. Kihei gets very windy in the afternoon and so it was hard to use the beach across the street after lunch time. Otherwise, the property was in good shape. One of the beach umbrellas was broken and we also wish the snorkel gear had flippers with them, but there were definitely enough snorkel masks. Overall, we had a great time on Maui.

Everything You Need & a very short walk to the beach!

We stayed here for a week and the condo had everything our family of 3 needed! Great space for my husband, me, and our very tall 16 year old son. It was very clean and super easy to find everything we needed for quick meals and quick trips to the beach across the street! AC units in main living space and the bedroom. Window/portable units worked great for cooling the small condo. A bit loud at times, but so unimportant in the grand scheme! We were out and about on the island most of the time anyway! WiFi was always available, but sometimes we’d get better phone reception on the porch or outside. The resort was beautiful, with great amenities, including a spacious pool area with an adult only hottub in addition to the kid-friendly/family one. Lots of options for shade or sun seating. I made it down to the pool area in time for the tail end of the weekly “turtle talk”. Loved that they had a few weekly planned (brief) activities. Lots of gorgeous green space between the condos facing the beach. Several restaurants nearby, and we were pleased with the recommended spots we visited. We also discovered Nalu’s up the road a ways, thanks to a friend’s advice, and we ended up grabbing meals there a couple times! I didn’t really have any need to contact the owners once we were there. but our initial communication was great. Always received a response within a few hours! This sweet little condo was perfect for our needs on this trip, and we would definitely recommend it! The whole resort was in a great location, and I’d love to return…but might save up for a beach view condo next time! Overall, the place was perfect and was very well described in the listing! Just what we expected…met & surpassed expectations. Mahaloa! -First timers to Maui, Houston. Tx

Beautiful Property

Thoroughly enjoyed out stay in this fabulous unit. Location is perfect...right across the street from Kam 3 beach and the unit is tucked away in a quiet area of the property. The unit is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need including beach chairs and cooler which we put to good use. The unit was exceptionally clean and the communication with the host was excellent. The grounds of the property are well maintained and feel like a resort with the pool area, hot tub, outdoor games and BBQs. Highly recommend this listing and will be returning in the future.

Nice condo in convenient location

Clean condo with comfortable bed. Easy to walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. The only hitch was GPS took us to the back entrance for the property, which required a gate code that we didn’t have. The main entrance does not require a gate code, so be sure to get directions to the front entrance.
