Great location and accommodations. Perfect setup for family of 8 people to allow plenty of space with great amenities. Access to unit was very seamless and property managers were very responsive when a minor issue with bugs in the kitchen arose. Would highly recommend and would stay there again on a future trip to Maui!

Everything was wonderful. We’ve stayed in this community before and will likely stay again. We’ve also recommended this community to friends. Everything was great. Even the leaking air conditioning drain pipe in the bedroom ceiling was handled expeditiously and professionally. Wonderful experience. Mahalo.

Excellent location and beautiful home

This was a beautiful home and excellent location for us. There were six adults in our family and we each had our own room and bathroom, which was very nice. The air conditioner work nicely and the management team was very prompt that we had. The pool was very close and nice to sit by and we could walk to several beaches nearby. The property had chairs and towels, and a wagon which was super sweet to use. It was well stocked with items that we needed to use for a simple cooking or paper products. The shop was close by to go to the store which was convenient and Costco was a big plus coming from the airport to get food for all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. If there were two things I could fix to make the stay more comfortable, I would say the second bedroom downstairs with the king bed needs a dresser. It was hard for my daughter and her husband to put their clothes away in drawers for the week with no dresser in that room. The other caution is when you use the grill, it creates a lot of smoke and there is no fan or downdraft on the grill so it fills the patio up with smoke and makes it hard to eat out there after you’ve cooked something on the grill. The ceiling fans were not adequate so be aware if you set the table and then grill your food you may have to move indoors to eat other than that. It was a great property Mahalo.

Overall this property was perfect. Had everything we needed for our family vacation (6 adults, 3 children). Property was clean, located close to pool and beach, shopping close by, we’d definitely stay here again in the future.

Family Stay

We had a conference at the Grand Wailea and were bringing our adult children. This rental is very close to the hotel for a go between to attend the conference and catch up with our children at the end of the day. We stayed at the rental with them when the conference was over. Short walk to the shops and beach!Great layout for everyone to have their own space.

Perfect setting

The close access to the beach at Grand Wailea, the spacious kitchen & living room and the beautiful on-site pool and spa within feet of our Unit made this the perfect setting for 7 adult family members to come and go in small groups. We did have to put ALL of our unsealed food in the fridge when we found bugs in our freshly purchased bread. They were a kitchen presence throughout our stay regardless of my constant soap & water clean ups. The air conditioning was often @76 (a bit hot) even though we set it at 73. Otherwise - a really perfect place to stay!!!

Family Celebration

This beautiful home was perfect for my husband and I and our grown children and their families. Plenty of room for group and alone time😊 The property management team was amazing to work with. Family vacation was a win.

We loved our stay. We really love the location. A good thing to note is that unlike the condo we stayed in last year at same place this condo is independently owned. This is still great but it doesn’t come with access to the pool at the grand Wailea. As long as you are aware of this it is fine. The pool you have access to is fantastic. We love it and our family thoroughly enjoyed our time. The teenagers were a bit disappointed with the non-access to the grand Wailea pool area due to living the activities there but outlet toddlers and adults were as happy as can be. Overall family vacation was a win!

Excellent property

All good with this residence. Location great grounds beautiful. Had a few minor issues with air conditioning unit as was not working properly upon arrival. It took 2 days to fix. They were diligent and resolved. Key cards kept demagnetizing and had to be replaced twice. Other than those 2 minor issues would definitely recommend.

Perfect stay for a family or small group

This villa was well worth it. we found the beach across the street was among the best ones we found our entire stay time on the island. I loved that the rental included beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, and beach towels. these added amenities make for a perfect worry free stay while you are in Maui, check in process is a breeze and the property management is very communicative and respond to any questions or concerns quickly. my only criticism is about the beach chairs and equipment; it is nice that these are included but we found that many of there chairs and wagon were worn out. they still did the trick but could defiantly stand to be replaced.

This is a beautiful home! 1 min walk to the nice pool. Pool has a nice shallow pebble area for toddlers and a swim through waterfall at the pool. Walk or drive to many beaches. Easy parking for the public beaches. Home is updated and plenty of space for everyone.

Beautiful house in a wonderful gated community across the street from the Grand Wailea. The house was huge with everything we needed! Quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous pool the whole family loved.

Our Stay at Ho’olei Villa

The property itself is amazing. The area along with the pool was perfect for our family and friends. However, on the first day upon arrival we noticed that the air conditioning unit was struggling to keep up. On both ac unit controllers there are instructions to please keep the ac set at 73 degrees. Being respectful to the property owner/management for the first day we did so thinking that it would take some time to cool the property. After day three of the property not cooling below 80 and having a high humidity level a phone call was placed to the management company. This call was placed on Wednesday July 26. Our party arrived on July 24 and consisted of elderly adults along with adults with preexisting medical issues. The management company was helpful made no promises that the issue would be fixed. It was not until Friday, July 28 that an HVAC technician responded to the property. The technician was awesome/helpful. But with that being said I was not able to leave the property along with all of our valuables alone, so it was necessary to stay there the entire time the HVAC crew was at the property. The final diagnosis: all ac filters were clogged and needed changing. The outside condenser was filthy and need flushing. The unit itself had a Freon leak which meant there was no Freon to cool the unit. With that being said I don’t understand how the unit could be advertised as “Central Air Conditioning” without knowing the unit did not work and could not cool.
