The good: large condo with lots of space to hang out, comfortable sofa and beds. Convenient location.The not so good: lanai is great but it is right next to a busy road so it is quite noisy with car traffic. The kitchen is dated.Really not good: this condo is not managed by the The Grand Wailea (large hotel across the street) so you do not have access to hotel pools and do not have access to pool towels at the condo complex pool.Final issue: We had an entire day of maintenance on the condo while we were there. They were replacing key pads on the front door and garage door. There was drilling, workers coming and going - I was on work calls and had to work in the bathroom for quiet. We had no warning. I let the property manager know - they said it was not their fault, they also were not notified. This is because the unit is managed by a separate propery management company. I get that stuff happens but when you are paying a lot of and on vacation you should not have a day of workers, noise and inconvenience for planned maintenance. I got an apology over the phone and that was it. Bad service.
