Great ocean view. Pool was cold this visit and 3 years ago when we stayed here. We never saw any older guests in the pool and our one year old grandson didn’t want to go in because it was too cold!! The condo was very nice! It would be nice if they left some basic cooking supplies like olive oil, balsamic vinegar, seasonings, etc… the miniature salt and pepper shakers were the only cooking item!

Host met us and tried to explain the area but we had stayed there before. One toilet was leaking and the repair crew fixed it 2 days later. Good place, right on the beach, near lots of nice food places.

We had a blast at this well located property. The views are great, it is walkable to lots of food options and a short walk to two lovely beaches. The bedrooms were as advertised and comfortable. One minor bummer is the air conditioner unit on the porch, which is rather loud and blasts hot air on to the porch. Likely a non-issue outside of the summer months, but if the AC is on, using the lanai is not as enjoyable. Other than that, the place was excellent and we had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic Space & Stunning View

The condo is incredibly roomy - we had 2 condos rented in the building for a multigenerational family trip. We only used 2 of the bedrooms in this unit, but the large family room and huge lanai were the morning and evening gathering places for our group of 7. I wished upon booking that we were higher in the building for the view, but the second floor was absolutely perfect. There is an exterior staircase immediately outside the door to go one flight down to the pool and lawn and beach. The location was great - as other reviewers have said, so I won't repeat all of that. The pros of the unit far outweighed the cons, but I'll mention them here just for info purposes. I would definitely stay here again! Pros: location, view, huge living area, clean, nicely updated. The layout is great, offering privacy to the two main bedrooms. Cons: the carpeting in the bedrooms made things feel a little humid and less appealing... hard floors would have been nice in there. As mentioned by others, the AC struggled in the main area. This was compounded because the roller shades have flimsy plastic bead cords which kept snapping apart on the large windows, so we couldn't roll them down in the afternoon to keep the sun out. We called and they were very responsive, but maintenance just snapped it back together... the roller was too resistant and snapped again, so we kept it in the up position. FYI, There is no way to enter this unit without going on several steps in the corridor.

Royal Mauiian

Our family had a wonderful week at the Royal Mauiian. The view from our condo was magnificent! The unit was so comfortable with everything that we needed for our stay. The large lanai had room for all five of us to sit outside and enjoy the view and beautiful sunsets. The pool was lovely and sandy beaches were very close.

Large condo with double patio, gorgeous views! Walking distance to lots of local shops and places to eat. Such a great spot next to beach and pool. The A/C wall unit had some issues so it was a little warm at times in the living space. Can’t keep up with the large space. When A/C is over working the return on the patio emits a lot of hot air which is a little uncomfortable on a warm day. Has everything you need!!

I am very particular about cleanliness and this place was clean. It’s in a great location: go left out of the condo and you are at the beach, go right and you are also at a beach, step straight out of condo and enjoy the pool or watch the turtle show everyday. Great location to take small 15/20 min car rides to check out other beaches.

Incredible Stay!

We were a family of 6 (my husband, myself and our young adult sons). The condo was contemporary , spacious and tastefully decorated. We watched the breathtaking sunsets every night on the lanai or rooftop terrace. The place is better than the pictures in the listing! The open kitchen and huge living/dining area was perfect. The location is amazing. We had the best view of the sea turtles directly in front of us and the 2 adjacent beaches were literally steps away. The condo is right next to the staircase that leads to the pool/beach. The grounds are beautifully maintained and framed by palm trees and colorful hibiscus flowers. The pool with the ocean view was welcoming after a day on the beach. The grocery stores, restaurants, water sport rentals across the street were so convenient. The larger Safeway grocery store only a quick car ride away. The Foodland within walking distance had the best freshest take out poke bowl options. The pre-arrival, checkin/check out process seamless. We will never forget our fabulous stay here in Kihei!

Amazing Views

Nothing beats sitting on the balcony, looking out at the panoramic ocean views, sea life (as in sea turtles!), islands that punctuate the seascape, and hearing the crashing waves. Spectacular sunsets! Excellent beach walking, prime location for easy access to restaurants. Exterior or the building and the pool are meh, but who cares when you have so much else to look at and enjoy.

Great condo! Perfect location!

We were here for ladies trip to the sunshine to escape the gray & rain. Morning coffee on the lanai watching turtles & whales play right in front of us. Happy hour watching the beautiful sunsets we’re amazing as well. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go on the island. Clean condo & great communication with the property manager. Would definitely stay here again.

View is incredible

This 3br condo was perfect for our adult family of 5. The view is incredible. It looks like the sun is setting in front of the lanai framed by palm trees. We were there in January and saw whales every day from the lanai. It was great to have a kitchen and room to spread out and play games. There are great beaches on either side of the development, shopping, restaurants, scuba/snorkel rental and an abc store within a block. A mile drive to Ono donuts which we highly recommend. I would give this more stars if I could for the view and whale/turtle watching!

Perfect location

Perfect place and perfect view! Great for teens to walk around to the shops across the street. Beaches are perfect and sea turtles are plenty House equipped with beach chairs and coolers. Beach towels too!

Too Perfect

A family of four, parents, teens plus grandma stayed at this fantastic property. The place was super clean, organized and had everything. The back lanai is addicting since it is very spacious, table for 6-8 plus a sofa that allows you to watch whales (multiple spottings a day) and turtles. The location is within walking distance of shops , restaurants and shaved ice. The mgmt company is very responsive. We felt very lucky to be here for 10 days and can't wait to return. Mahalo!

Dream location

The location is ideal with a panoramic view of the ocean , Saw whales throughout the day - every day // off 2nd floor from the moment you walk in the front door. The huge balcony ( lanai) with a table for 8 and a large sectional couch was perfect for us & our 4 young adult kids/ we played cards/ games out there each night . With just a walk down 1 flight of stairs , the pool was directly in front of our balcony - our only choice was to go right or left for a 4 minute walk to either beach . The snorkeling is right there! We saw sea turtles, trumpet fish & an octopus ! We’ve travelled a lot & done a lot of snorkeling- this was some of the best .The staff is excellent , friendly & very welcoming 5 stars !!!!! A few helpful hints :1) Being there 10 days & having WI FI advertised - it did NOT exist ! We were in 218 & after calling - the gal said we could log onto 219- no - that did not work & that was the only option given to us . The TV worked for 1 day & just went blank: called & tv did get fixed - but NEVER WI FI after that - so only had it for 20 mins- WI FI should have been a given- 2) Being there for 10 days, more than 2 rolls paper towels & t p should have been there 3)the owner needs to invest in more BOWLS 4.) The rooftop garden is nice , but almost impossible to enjoy during the day - the reflecting concrete adds to the heat - THERE are NO UMBRELLAS ! & this could be such an improvement. NO ONE is there is the daytime . Thank you

Gorgeous condo in the perfect location!

Carnie was a great help in getting us settled. This place is stunning and clean with all of the supplies needed for our stay. The view is incredible and located between two stunning beaches. Great snorkelling, amenities across the road, rooftop patio etc. The pool was awesome and Kihei is the place to be. We will be back!

Great location and accommodations.

We stayed here with our two adult children and their significant others! We had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for 6 adults. The kitchen was fully equipped and the condo was beautiful. The air conditioner in the main part of the condo was not working very well but they sent someone to address the issue as soon as they knew about it. The beach was so close and there was a great place for snorkeling right in front of the building. It was quiet at night and there was no problem with noise. We felt at home and will stay again if we ever make it to Maui again.

Beautiful condo, great location!

Kihei is our favorite, we traveled in October this year for my 43rd birthday and my son’s 21st. We had more than enough space for our family of four, we had everything we needed for our stay. Ocean front location with turtles visible from the balcony every morning and fantastic sunsets every night. Walk to great beaches, snorkeling right out the front door. Great mid-week cleaning crew and super friendly staff. Mahalo!

Wonderful!

We traveled with four adults (2 grandparents and us the 2 parents) and two children (ages 5 and 1) and found this condo to be perfect for our summer vacation! Condo is exactly as it appears in the photos, if not better. Loved everything about it and would book it again in a heartbeat!
