So sorry to hear of your disappointment. I do hope you brought the broken items to the on site teams attention so they could correct the issue. I would point out that at Maui Banyan Basic the only housekeeping services provide are the departure cleaning and does not include any cleaning services though you can arrange a cleaning with the front desk for a fee. Thank you so much for staying and sharing your review. Couple of points to share with you and the others who may be considering booking with us. The resort is larger than the 20 units we are privileged to manage as it is a condominium resort and each unit is individually owned. Second, most condo properties do not keep spices and/or oils in their kitchens as there are spoilage,to consider and guests cannot know what I prior guest may or may not have done with those consumables. Safety first. I advise guests after arrival to make a shopping list of food and other consumables and then proceed to the nearest store to fulfill their list.
