Maui Vista # 1-307 est un condo avec 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain avec une superbe vue sur l'océan. L'unité 1-307 est située au 3ème étage de l'immeuble le plus proche de la plage. Il suffit de traverser la route pour rejoindre la plage de renommée mondiale Kamaole Beach 1, également connue sous le nom de Charlie Young's Beach. Observation des baleines, planche à pagaie, promenade sur des kilomètres de plage de sable et admirer les plus beaux couchers de soleil.
Les réservations le jour même (l’arrivée est dans les 24 heures qui suivent) nécessitent un appel téléphonique à Rentals Maui pour confirmation.
L'unité 1-307 a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse, et la climatisation dans le salon et la chambre, ainsi que des ventilateurs de plafond. La chambre principale a un nouveau lit queen et le salon a un nouveau canapé-lit pour les invités supplémentaires. Le condo peut accueillir 4 personnes. Remarque: Un dépôt de garantie remboursable de 300 $ est requis pour cette unité.
Pour ceux qui ont besoin de rester en contact pendant leurs vacances, il existe un service Internet sans fil gratuit. Pour votre plus grand plaisir, le # 1-307 comprend également une Smart TV de 51 pouces à écran plat et un ensemble de câbles de luxe.
Maui Vista dispose de 3 piscines pour votre plaisir ainsi que de 6 courts de tennis récemment refaits. Il y a aussi des zones de barbecue sur la propriété pour votre usage.
Maui Vista se trouve à quelques pas des boutiques, des restaurants et de toutes les plages de Kamaole. Il se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture des parcours de golf de championnat de Wailea et de Makena, ainsi que du club de tennis de Wailea.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed the beach just across the street and enjoyed several very tasty meals all within walking distance. There were beach chairs and flippers available so we left an umbrella to go along with them. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Our family stayed here for our vacation from Alaska. We loved the location and view. It was very close to the beach. Our kids enjoyed the pool daily. The unit was clean and had some toys for the kids to use. Overall it was a great experience and we can’t wait to come back!

Awesome condo.

Great condo. Comfy bed, lounge area seating good. Had beach chair and umbrella flipper’s snorkelling gear. Air conditioning in bedroom and lounge worked great nice and quiet. Good view of the ocean. Would love to stay there again.

Location was okay. It was the towards the tail end of S. Kihei Road. Easy to navigate to and signage out front made it easy to find. The room itself wasn’t very clean. Floors and kitchen was pretty dirty. Had to go to the store to purchase cleaning supplies to clean it up. Also didn’t have much extra linen for the pull-out sofa bed so we had to made do with what was provided.

The sunset view from our lanai was so much better than the pictures led us to believe. Parking was never a problem and we never experienced having to wait to use the pickleball courts, busy pools, or BBQs despite running into a ton of people in the complex. After having friends of our stay at a separate location during this same trip we felt as though Maui Vista was much better situated in Kihei and had more to offer.

Unable to travel, gifted the stay to a retired nurse

We have stayed in this condo before and we were so looking forward to coming back. The amenities in the condo, the cleanliness, it’s proximity to everything that is Kihei … it is perfect for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay! We were unable to make the trip to Maui as my mother was ill. We worked with the management company to secure an arrangement with the property owner to allow us to partially gift the two week stay to a retired nurse and her foster children. Doing this allowed her to compensate us partially for the stay. We had asked to rebook for a later date and while that request was not accepted, at least someone was able to use our stay. We are looking forward to rebooking in the future!

That was the best part of this condo.I wasn’t really impressed with the condo itself.Just little things.Absolutely no washcloths for bathroom or kitchen.They give you one partial roll of toilet paper and three extra rolls. The extra rolls are the Dollar Store size.Paper towels were also the cheapest found.Seems petty but when you pay so much to stay there it seemed ridiculous.Also the condo was in need of a good cleaning. Bathroom was dirty, tile, trim, grout.If this was mine I would have fired the cleaning person.

We had to sleep on it a few nights with our toddler son. The house is well stocked with what you need. Towels, toys for the kids, chairs, dishes and a new umbrella. My only “complaint” would be the AC units are quite loud in comparison to some of the other places we have rented in Maui vista but atleast it cooled the place off! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit

Nice condo

Across the street from the beach, with a few buildings in between. View is slightly obstructed, but very nice, just as in the picture. Convenient to have chairs, beach umbrella, and towels to take with us. The way the swamp cooler in the bedroom is set up, it’s kind of like the window is permanently open, which means you can definitely hear the birds in the am or ppl walking by. And it accumulates a lot of dust (that’s hidden, but clearly not cleaned often.) Noise really wasn’t an issue for my stay though, the neighbors were quiet. Pillow and bed weren’t very comfy, but fine for a few days. Sheets looked aged and had a few stains, but no deal breaker. Great not having to worry about a key, just the code. Not super walkable for much, but there are a few. Overall would stay again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely little condo in an excellent location; one of our favorite beaches, Charly Young, is right across the street. It is right above the pool, which was a bit noisy at times, but the view of the ocean more than made up for that. The bed was cozy and other than occasional noise from the pool,the pace was very quiet. I enjoyed sitting out on the lanai. The only hiccup we had was the air conditioner in the bedroom. It started making a loud noise that made it difficult to sleep. However, the property management company responded right away and had someone come look at it and it seemed fine for the rest of our time there. Also, there was no condiments at all, not even salt and pepper, so we left some salt and pepper there for the next people!
