What we guarantee: Both condos are always inside Wailea Ekolu Village, always within about a 5-minute stroll of each other along the garden paths. Unit A is a 2-bedroom condo and Unit B is a 2-bedroom condo, with exactly the beds listed below in every bedroom. Each home has the view shown for it in its photos. Both homes are kept to the same quality standard, with finishes similar to what you see in these photos. If we ever could not deliver that, you would approve the alternative first or receive a full refund.

Both condos sit within the same intimate complex of 17 two-story buildings set around two pools on the Wailea Blue golf course, linked by flat garden paths, so your group is never more than about a 5-minute stroll apart and most pairings are even closer.



Unit A and Unit B each bring their own private lanai with ocean views in the distance, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and resort-quality finishes, giving large families and multi-generational groups the breathing room they need while staying genuinely together.



The listing comfortably accommodates 12 guests in total: the 4 bedrooms across both units sleep 8 guests at 2 per bedroom, and each unit's living area has a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 more, adding 4 additional sleeping spots for a combined total of 12.

The Space:

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with appliances, cookware, and everything needed for a self-catering stay.

Guest Access:

Both booked units are located within Wailea Ekolu Village at 10 Wailea Ekolu Pl, Wailea, HI 96753, and guests receive access to both condominiums along with the community's shared outdoor pools, BBQ and picnic areas, and tennis court. Property-specific arrival instructions, entry details, and parking information are provided with the confirmed reservation.



The Neighborhood:

Wailea is Maui's premier resort district, a beautifully landscaped stretch of South Maui coast known for calm turquoise water, consistently sunny weather, and a relaxed upscale atmosphere. From Wailea Ekolu Village, Ulua Beach is roughly 0.7 miles away and Polo Beach sits about 1 mile out, both reachable on foot in around 10 minutes according to the resort's own resources - making spontaneous beach mornings entirely practical without a car. The Shops at Wailea, a lively open-air retail and dining destination anchored by well-known restaurants and boutiques, is approximately 1 mile from the complex and reachable in a 10-to-15 minute walk downhill, with the complex sitting mauka, or uphill, from the shops. The broader Wailea resort corridor offers championship golf, world-class spa facilities at neighboring hotels, and some of Maui's finest oceanfront dining, all within easy reach of the property.
