We had a fantastic stay at this condo. The ocean view was even better than expected. From the photos it was hard to tell how visible the ocean would be, but we were able to sit on the balcony each morning watching whales and enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evening.The building itself is older, but the unit has been beautifully renovated. The updates were excellent, with very nice furniture and great appliances. Everything felt clean, modern, and comfortable.The property grounds were also very well maintained. The garden areas were nice, the pool was comfortable, and the landscaping was clearly cared for.We really appreciated the beach gear provided. Having four beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and beach towels made it easy to head to the beach whenever we wanted. The beach itself is only about a minute walk away and was great for quiet walks or sunset views.The location is excellent. There is a grocery store within a short walk, which was very convenient, and we loved going to Nalu’s for breakfast and dinner.Parking was easy as well. We had two cars and never had trouble finding a spot.Some reviews mentioned homelessness nearby, but it did not affect our stay at all.Overall we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.
