Welcome to North Kihei, Hawaii! Nestled in a peaceful quiet neighborhood, this beachfront condo is centrally located on Maui for all of your island adventures. Sea kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, and scuba opportunities abound. Explore Haleakalā National Park or play golf at one of the many courses nearby. South Kihei is a 10-minute drive and has a dynamic energy with lively beachgoers and surfers during the day, transforming into a serene and quiet retreat as the evening sets in. The weekends bring a bit more buzz with local events and live music, especially during the monthly Fourth Friday Celebration, where locals and visitors gather for food, music, and fun. The Kihei food truck scene is also amazing!

➤ A rental car is recommended to fully experience everything Kihei and Maui have to offer. The property offers free parking for one vehicle.

➤ The “Uber” app, a local cab, or the Maui Bus that runs along South Kihei Road with frequent stops is also an option

➤ Kahului Airport (OGG) - 19 min drive

➤ High Season Parking (Dec 15 – Mar 31): Only ONE (1) parking space is permitted per unit during this period, including handicap parking. No exceptions.
➤ Pool Hours: Open daily from 10:00 AM until sunset.
➤ Pool Maintenance: The pool may occasionally close for scheduled maintenance. If a closure is planned during your stay, we will notify you in advance whenever possible.
➤ Furniture & Décor: Furnishings and décor may vary slightly from the listing photos due to updates and replacements. The home`s layout, amenities, sleeping arrangements, and overall comfort will remain the same or be improved.
➤ Starter Supplies: A starter supply of kitchen and bathroom essentials is provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing consumable items for longer stays.
➤ Respect the Community: Please help us maintain a peaceful environment by observing quiet hours and treating the property and shared amenities with care.

1. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 9:00 pm and before 8 am; sound will travel through the walls if too loud. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.

2. Parking:

➤ Only one full-sized vehicle per unit.
➤ Vehicles must be parked within the lines.
➤ Registration is required within 24 hours of arrival.
➤ Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated parking area. The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.

3. Pool Rules:

➤ No lifeguard on duty; Swim at your own risk.
➤ Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
➤ No running, yelling, or playing games like Marco Polo.

4. Plumbing:

➤ No flushing wipes, diapers, hygiene products, etc.
➤ Any plumbing misuse will result in a charge for repairs.

5. No parties or events allowed.

6. Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information.

7. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

8. No smoking in units, lanais, or common areas.

9. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. You will be charged $450 if evidence of smoke and smoke smell is found once you check out.

10. There cannot be more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time. Violation may result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. Unauthorized guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be charged $50 per night, per extra guest.

11. Late checkout must be secured at the time of booking. Late checkout will be charged 50% of the nightly rate plus taxes.

12. No pets allowed. A $600 pet fee, plus any additional costs for damage will be imposed if evidence of pets are discovered.

13. Do not move the furniture.

14. Do not do your laundry with ours; please always wash and dry your belongings separately from our linens.

15. Wash all sand off before entering the building and or home using the hose outside.

16. Beach Towels: There are beach towels in the unit and or in the home for your use at the beach; Please do not use the bath towels outside the unit. Please REMEMBER to bring the beach towels back to your unit. You will be charged a replacement fee for any beach towels not returned.

17. Please refrain from hanging towels or any other items from the balcony railings on your lanai.

18.Trash Disposal and Recycling:

➤ Bag all waste and use trash chutes.
➤ Recycling available for certain items (cans, glass, plastics).

19. KITCHEN: Keeping the kitchen clean and food/crumbs cleaned from the counters is important. Please store food in the fridge or airtight container and REMOVE TRASH daily.

20. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

21. Do not sit on furniture in wet swimsuits or with suntan oil or lotion on. We ask you please do not spray sunscreen inside the unit or lanai.

22. Please do not interchange items belonging in other units.

23. Please leave this unit and or home as you found. If there is any damage or any items are missing you will be charged. (Accidental Damage Waiver will not apply).

24. Guest assumes all responsibility for the operation and control of any vehicles or golf carts included with the vacation rental property (if applicable) and will be liable for any damage to said property or damage caused by the use of the vehicle or golf cart.

25. You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. Neither we nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental and or home or for any lost or stolen items.

26. No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the homeowner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be your responsibility.

27. Safety Precautions:

➤ No use of drones or remote-controlled devices without written approval.
➤ No skateboarding or rollerblading allowed in the common areas.

28. There is no daily housekeeping service. If you desire additional housekeeping services during your stay, they are available for a fee. Please call ahead to pre-schedule the desired day(s). You will find basic starter supplies. Additional supplies are the guest`s responsibility unless other arrangements are made.

29. Remember to take all your belongings when checking out. Left something? There`s a $75 Mailing Fee (not including postage). We aim to return items within 7-10 business days, but please bear with us during busy times.

30. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.

31. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.
